Clean store. Great food with a huge variety to choose from with exceptional pricing. Got a jr tray that had a blt, cheese bites and Cajun fries. Chose a cherry cheesecake shake.

Ordered Out West Style which comes with pickles and onions. Specifically asked for NO ONION as it shows on the receipt. What I received was no pickles which I wanted and an entire slice of onion which I specifically asked them to leave off. It’s written on the receipt. How do you not look at the receipt when making the order? This was to go so when I got back to work to eat my $12 lunch, it was extremely disappointing. They really need to do better. I feel robbed, I paid for something and didn’t get what I clearly asked for.

Let me start this off by saying my husband and I LOVE cookout. We order the exact same thing about 98% of the time, but almost every time there’s at least two things wrong with our order. Tonight we went and ordered our usuals, ending with a huge cheerwine with NO ICE. We get up to the window and get handed a regular large cheerwine full of ice. Large is basically a medium, a huge is a large, in cookout terms. We corrected the girl at the window and reiterated the no ice part, got handed back a huge full of ice. As shown on the receipt, it was not rung up correctly in the system so I can’t fault her the first time, but to be corrected and it still be wrong is very frustrating.

The food is very good, prices are not high and the service is great. The music played in the restaurant is exceptional. The restaurant is clean. I would highly recommend if you are wanting a good burger at a good price, good music and good service to come to The Cookout on Memorial blvd in Murfreesboro, TN

It was decent. The girl at the counter was nice. The peppermint shake was a no, too crunchy. But the pb Oreo shake is fantastic. The cheddar bites are so good, as well as the Cajun fries.

Sept 1 around 11:30 Very casual lobby. Bathrooms and lobby were clean. Courtney helped us understand everything on the menu. (First time at a Cook Out). She had great smile. I swear she was cleaning and stocking the whole time we were there. The food was very good and the way we ordered it. I was stuffed! Bacon was yummy and they sure didn’t cheap out on using it. Interesting sides and shakes.

Weird thing to say but .. the water actually gets hot here. Hate when the sign in the restrooms say employees must wash hands before they return to work and the water only runs cold. Eww

Anyway, we’ll definitely go back to this restaurant.

I had never heard of this place but my friend invited us to have lunch here and then take the kids to Climb Murfreesboro after. I was shocked at the prices. For 2 kids and myself (though I wasn’t very hungry, just had an order of cajun fries), our total was less than $10. We’ll come back later for milkshakes! I would order a burger or chicken sandwich if I came back. My friend had the chicken sandwich and it looked good. It’s fast food (food did actually come out super fast too) so it’s not the healthiest but the kids enjoyed it. I wish the fries were crispier. They do have lots of dipping sauces including the good kind of ranch! I noticed bible versus on the containers before I threw them away. I like that. My friend fed 7 people for under $50. Crazy!

I went on my lunch break to get a Tray Combo and a side of Chili Cheese Fries. Whenever i got my food i ate my Combo and as I was going to dig into my chili cheese fries, it didnt have chili. I wasn’t annoyed or upset as i understood it was an honest mistake and it happens so i went around the drive thru to ask for some chili on it. The manager then apologized and gave me another Combo on the house and added chili to my fries. Awesome gesture by him and will be coming back to this Cook Out location again. He handled it very well and then went on to above and beyond. Bravo!

My Burger and Onion Rings were great and well worth the price, and the Peach Milkshake was the best in town. The service staff was helpful and courteous, and the manager was visable, approachable, showed concern for his customers.

I have always loved Cook Out’s food and their prices, but lately, it seems like everything has changed. The food is still delicious! But the serving sizes have shrink significantly, almost losing a third of what I used to get, but prices have gone up.

When I first moved to TN 6 years ago, Cook Out was a failure favorite because we could go get a tray for between $5-$6.

I just went and got a small hamburger tray with fried and cheese bites, only mustard and it cost me almost $11! And I only got 4 cheese bites. 4! They also don’t season their fries anymore and my fries were almost raw. Plus my drink didn’t have the lid on all the way, had ice cream all over the outside and she does my card on the ground so I had to get out of my car to pick it up out of some trash and soda that was on the ground.

Definitely not the best experience at all! And for the price…??? Almost $11, which is nearly double the price from 6 years ago. Very disappointing.
