I’ve been coming to this location for almost 3 years and never had an issue but for the last two times I’ve come in which has been in the last two weeks. I only order hot, lemon pepper wings. The last time I came in before this time the guy messed up he admitted to his mess up and they fixed it This time. Everybody told me that I had to pay for the extra hot sauce and then I never ordered hot lemon pepper and because the receipt said lemon pepper because the guy screwed up I not have to pay for them to fix it. Nobody wanted to make it right. They wanted me to pay to fix my meal. I walked Out. This is not how you do customer service you do not tell the customer that’s not what you order when I know what I ordered. It is not my fault. Your employee only heard half the order and only put lemon pepper. Y’all should’ve been happy to fix it for your customer. All I will ask for was the side of hot sauce and I was gonna fix it myself, but it seemed like an issue for y’all that I needed to pay for that They start charging extra every time someone orders, hot lemon pepper because that’s what y’all just told me I will not be back to this location

This was honestly one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had, and it hurts to write this because I usually enjoy Wingstop’s food. The issue isn’t the wings it’s the people running the place and how helpless they act over the smallest mistakes.

The store felt like it was staffed almost entirely by kids, and while I respect young people working, the lack of maturity and problem-solving skills was painfully obvious. A tiny mistake was made with my order something that could have been fixed in seconds and instead of trying to help, the staff acted like it was completely impossible. Not “we’re sorry,” not “let’s see what we can do,” but more like helping me would somehow be illegal or against the laws of nature.

There was no accountability, no empathy, and no effort. Just blank stares, shoulder shrugs, and excuses. It felt less like a restaurant and more like a group of teenagers who didn’t want to deal with responsibility. When you’re paying full price for food, you shouldn’t feel like you’re asking for the impossible just by requesting a simple correction.

Wingstop seriously needs more adults on staff people who know how to communicate, take ownership of mistakes, and actually care about customer satisfaction. Adults understand that fixing a small error isn’t a threat, it’s basic customer service. Right now, this location feels poorly managed and completely disconnected from what customers expect.

I wanted to leave happy. Instead, I left disappointed, annoyed, and feeling brushed off. Until Wingstop takes professionalism and customer care seriously, especially by hiring and empowering more mature staff, I won’t be coming back.

Worst Wingstop ever! I ordered and was late to pick up and told it would take 10 to 15 minutes to be ready only to get there and wait for 30 minutes. Is I’m sitting there I see all the workers huddled around each other watching videos on one of their phones. The whole time about five people’s orders of fries were sitting out uncovered for 15 minutes at least. When I got in my car I tried to fry and it was cold as ice

We’ve been consistently disappointed with this Wingstop. When you pay $50 to $75 for wings, you expect great food and service. Instead, we’ve had rude experiences, especially with the same employee who hands us water cups and says, ‘This is only for water,’ as if we don’t know. We just want to hydrate our kids without the attitude or lecture. On top of that, the wings are dry and subpar. We won’t be returning—at this price, we expect better.

Worst experience ive had at this wingstop. I womt be coming back the wings yoh can tell they were holding them for atleast 20 mins. Barely any sauce on them, ni seasoning on my seasoned fries i shouldve took a oicture cause it looked like they didnt even out seasoning. When i asked for my fries to be seasoned, i didnt even get an im sorry or anything she didnt even say anything back just gave me an evil glare.Very bad customer service, they need to be trained better

This is the second time order in this store a long time ago. Food was cold, veggies looking old, and the fries were cold and old. I hope Wingstop hire better people and that way we can have a better costumer service.

Bought chicken sandwich and when got home bit into it and felt it weird. Cut it in half to find out was not fully cooked. Submitted a feedback and requested call back or email and never received either by the management. Returned to store and the employee told me “sorry we been having this issue all day”. Come on that’s just ridiculous. Could remade my fries at least lol. But got my sandwich remade and was fully cooked and dry since they cooked it extra to make sure properly cooked I guess.

Not sure why it’s so difficult for employees to get the orders right. 9 out of 10 times there’s usually something wrong. Is it lack of training or to many distractions? Not sure. A simple order of 25 wings, 2 ranch and 1 medium cheese sauce. Get to my house and No ranch or cheese! Really!! Called the store and said there’s nothing they could do unless I drive back to pick up the items that were not in the bag. So now my food was cold and waisted gasoline again because of somebody’s mistake? That’s not fair and that’s why it’s hard for them to keep managers because the rest of them just don’t care. I asked for a manager and they said it was Abby and Issac. When I went back to the store they said there was no managers on site. Wingstop, what are we doing!!! It doesn’t matter how great the wings are if people working there don’t care. Total Failure!

Workers are slow and lazy. Watched them make multiple Uber drivers have to do their job for them filling drinks. Other locations don’t do this.
