The food here is amazing and fresh, however the service can be questionable.
It opens at 6. I was there at 6:50 they told me that I can go through the drive through after I explained I walked here, then the woman in charge of drive through asked why I’m in drive through and to order inside. Then at 7:01 I ordered my breakfast and got it at 7:21 and got my drink 7:25 ish.

Unfortunately my son’s obsessed with McDonald’s so I’ve stopped here a couple of times. Every time I’ve came to this location I’ve had a bad experience. Today for lunch we were supposed to get a Mc Rib meal & double quarter pounder instead we received 2 cheeseburgers & a deluxe burger. If it’s not the wrong order you end up waiting 20/30 minutes. It’s clear after going through these reviews whoever runs the place doesn’t care. I won’t be back here, lesson learned

It’s insane with all these one star reviews of this location and nothing has changed . The children who work here were all in the lobby being loud like a previous person said , the shift Manager looked clueless and obviously had no respect from these children, the children were to busy handed our free food to friends and family members, after that they would sit back down in the lobby being loud and obnoxious. When I got my food my burger was burnt , the bread stale , and the fries cold and stale! The restaurant is disgusting, the soda machine had no carbonation on it , don’t come to this restaurant, children run this store, come here if you want the lord of the flies experience.

HORRIBLE Customers service! Waiting at curbside pickup for 25 MINUTES Nobody ever came out I went to the speaker they told me they couldn’t find my order!! When they finally found it they told me to pull up to the 2nd window and i waited there 5 minutes and I didn’t have everything in my bad had a 6pc and a 10pc nugget they forgot the sauce I asked her sauce and she handed me one I was supposed to have 3 total when I told her she asked for a receipt I showed her and she had a attitude about THREE Sauces cup!!! And The Food Was HARD and NOT FRESH!!!!!

This was a great experience! The food was so amazing and I had no problems with it. I was just a few cents short on the pay, and the lady working at the cashier said that she would help me with it and I got my order despite being a few cents short.

Expectations are never high for McDonald’s however this small town McDonald’s sure knows how to make you feel like an inconvenience. 1 star for being open 2nd for having food or atleat something resembling food. The girl working the pay window is more concerned with her phone then speaking clearly.

Long story short, I waited so long at the speaker that I cancelled my mobile order and went inside just to wait another 30 minutes. The kiosk didn’t give me a receipt so that I would know my order number and they basically said oh well so I had to guess which order was mine. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the food was fresh and the lady who handed me my food was nice.

Went this morning around 10am for a coffee run. Not sure who the lady was working the drive-through, but she was very kind and extremely patient with my confusing order. The young man working the second window was sweet as well! Made sure I had exactly what I needed. Great service! I’m never disappointed when I get anything from here!
