If you’re looking for bland food, chaotic service, and staff who seem allergic to eye contact, this is your spot. We waited nearly an hour for food that tasted like it came straight from a microwave. The place wasn’t even busy, yet somehow our order was still wrong — twice.
The staff acted like we were an inconvenience just for being there, and nobody seemed to know what was going on. The manager floated around but didn’t actually manage anything.
Save your money and your patience. There are gas stations with better food and service than this place.

Ordered delivery through uber eats. 1st of all I spent $50 for TWO meals, plus 4 extra breads ticks, placed order around 7:15, eta was 8:04, seems like a long wait but if the food is good , worth it. Time kept getting pushed back
8:35 it finally gets here, no fault of uber eats. Baked spaghetti was not very warm, and so SALTY it was inedible. Those breadsticks tasted like they were from LUNCH, YESTERDAY
the ends of them were hard as a rock and the middle just a soggy mess of butter but tasted more like grease. And I ordered EXTRA, chicken carbonate, cold, BLAND, no flavor at all. Like the sauce was just cloudy water. Absolutely disgusting

Spend an hour and a half, $50 and nothing was worth eating and im not hard to please when it comes to food
I will NOT be spending another dollar there and I honestly want my money back
After posting this fazolis blamed uber eats for the delay, which is ridiculous because you can track uber eats and I know from frequently ordering from them
They are not responsible for the time an order takes, and I have had many people tell me the same thing about their delivery experience with this restaurant and not many have good things to say about dining in
And uber eats didn’t serve me breadsticks that were inedible, or make the baked spaghetti extremely SALTY, why would it be so salty? And the chicken carbonara was BLAND, I wanted my money back

Twice
No manager was there or available to speak to me
No one called me back and im sure they would have continued to blame uber eats and if anything offered me more fazolis

I love Fazzoli’s! They have excellent food and, if dining inside, the endless bread sticks are simply to die for (if you like garlic, salt, butter and bread that is)! I added pictures of the Ultimate Fettuccine bowl, the baked lasagna and side Caesar salad and the classic sampler platter. If you have gone inside and leave hungry, then you’ve definitely done something wrong! ENJOY! ❤️

I ordered ahead. It said order will be ready in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes i arrive and am asked to pull into the parking spot to wait. I waited for another 30 minutes. Drove back around to the window they told me to wait in line again, another 15 minutes later i finally received my food. 1 hour and 15 minutes for pasta

This Fazoli’s just recently celebrated it’s 10th year anniversary. Not only have they been a staple in the community for over a decade, they contribute yearly to local highschools and charities such as towing for tots. If you want a nice, quiet place to enjoy an evening meal for about ~10 dollars a plate, Fazoli’s is one of the best in Murray.
