They have the best late night drive through lady. Her name is Aliana. (I hope I spelled that correctly). She is the sweetest person. Because of her, it makes my experience there a joy. She is always so professional, courteous and never skips a beat when it comes to making sure everything is done to perection as a worker.

This location needs a food safety inspection ASAP! My family and I got really sick yesterday after eating food from this place. My wife actually called me to see if we wanted something else because the drive thru wait was 30+ minutes. She mentioned how customers were backing out of the drive thru line because of the ridiculous wait times…didn’t know the excessive wait time came with an order of food poisoning.

Horrible jack in the box , there was only 3 cars in the drive thru which i was stuck in between them.i ordered my food at 7:05 and by the time i got to the window i was expecting a worker to be there but there was nobody i waited another 3 minutes and nobody came so i drove out of the drive thru at 745 ,this was so ridiculous a 40 min wait in a drive thur that only had 1 car in front of me and one car in the back of me … i also noticed the car behind me also left with getting there food .. Not good customer service
