Pretty good Starbucks overall. The location is new, clean, and has parking available right in front, which is convenient. Drinks are solid (my matcha was great), but the staff works slowly and inefficiently, so a long line builds up even when it’s not that busy. With a little improvement in speed and workflow, this place could become one of the best Starbucks in the area.

Young gentleman who served me one evening went above and beyond. I ordered the cookie crumble mocha frappe which the mocha was completed finished. The young gentleman who served me assured me he can improvise the drink and it will taste even better, he did not disappoint. He melted chocolate chips and added to the drink to replace the missing mocha and let me tell you, wow. I commend this young man for his effort and creativity.

this is the best starbucks you’ll ever go to- drinks are always top tier, employees are as friendly as it gets! however, i really wish the turnover rate wasn’t so high. it’s hard to get to know the people making your beverages when they’re always stressed out and leaving. i believe it has something to do with the manager, because they always seem scared and on edge when she is there. i really wish starbucks would be a little gentler its employees, because the way things are going, the corporation (and this location) is going to lose a lot of wonderful staff and loyal customers 🙁
