we will first start with the food it was very fresh and good ,the only complaint i had was the portion of meat is cut so thin you can see thru it you can read the news paper with the meat on top of it. second i like onions and i ask 4 times to put more onions i even said ill pay for the extras just put them on i don’t like too fight for my food the pony tailed kid i would prefer not to cut or make my food ever again . service was just OK . the atmosphere was cold non interactive . so i spent 36.00 for a sub and a bowl salad and 3 bags of chips. i was very sup-prizes probably will not go their.

This place used to be so good! The portions got way smaller and the prices went up. Can’t justify eating at Jersey Mike’s anymore. This is supposed to be the Big Kahuna… Can’t even see any meat. It’s basically just bread.

Jersey Mike’s is a chain restaurant newer to the Buffalo area. If I had to compare it to a competitor I’d have to say it’s similar to Debellas. Neither places toast their rolls so I consider this a glorified sandwich on a roll. To be a Buffalo sub you have to toast the roll. Just my humble opinion.
The sub I chose was a Turkey and Provolone. I added bacon because who doesn’t like bacon. The sandwich was very tasty. I would go there again. I’d have to say it’s very comparable to Debellas. I would go to whichever is closer if I had a choice.

I walk in no one greets me. I get to the spot to order and there’s at least 3 people working and still no attention. It’s not busy, it’s me and another guy. Long story short the sandwich I was craving was left behind because instead of finishing my sandwich they helped the white lady who just walked in. Black folks this location ain’t for us!

If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve been wanting to try jersey mikes for a while considering all the great things I’ve heard. Well this was a one and done with them. Absolutely disgusting and inedible sub. A simple Turkey club. I received the sub, and it was SOAKED. Like ran it under a kitchen faucet soaked. It’s by far the most disgusting thing I’ve ever received from a restaurant in my life.

Employees wouldn’t even acknowledge I was there for nearly ten minutes even though I was less than five feet away. Customer service flat out sucks. No excuses there as only two others were in the restaurant. Big subs, bigger price. Ultra cheap ingredients. FYI cooking onions are not tasty raw. Disappointed. Sorry DeVito.

Definitely never order door dash from here. They don’t know how to read instructions. Sub was on the wrong roll, didn’t have any of the toppings on it, and was a soggy sloppy mess. If they don’t want to make an order then they don’t have to accept it. There’s no reason to be this lazy unless it was out of pure spite for having to make a delivery order
