Great little area with many cuisine options. My son is recently back from Peru so we thought to give this a try. Super nice lady serving from the truck. She’s from Lima and the food was really good. Even had Inca Cola! It was a chilly day but there is a heated building in the center of the trucks to eat in. Lot of seating and clean.
Son said the food and selections were authentic and he would go back. So would I.

Food is good but communication needs work..I learned about this place when I was traveling through post falls but it was closed so I planned to make a drive after learning they had yucca fries which are a very rare find. I loved eating yucca fries when I lived in Peru and was even more excited when I found out they would be making arroz con leche empanadas for Christmas. I had tried these in Mexico and they were so delicious so I was excited to have the unique opportunity of eating this delicious latin dessert. On their Facebook page it said to order by messaging them so I asked to place an order and no one responded. I emailed and eventually got a response and they told me they would be serving the empanadas the following week. I asked if I should order online or in person and got no response. I decided to make the drive from Spokane the next week but they told me they did not have the arroz con leche empanadas. I did get the fried yucca and guava con queso empanadas and a holiday bag of sweets. The food was pretty good and I would visit again if I were in the area but I wish there had been better communication before making the long drive from Spokane.

Pachamama knows spice, or should I say spices. The PNW is not know for spicy or even curating delicious dishes through the craft of spices and herbs. As a born Texan spicy food and flavorful dishes have been a staple my whole life. Thank you Pachamama for bringing to life your culture through your flavorful food. My meal was fresh, lots of flavor, spicy how I like it and didn’t make me feel over full. Perfect portion.

Everything that I’ve tried has been incredible! It’s so nice to have fresh and healthy options! From the Saltados-stir fry, to their perfectly made fried rice, and delicious empanada trio (pick any three you like). The owners are super friendly, and they hand you a buzzer so you can wait comfortably inside the heated/indoor pavilion. Definitely worth a try if you’re new to Peruvian cuisine 🙂

I had an incredible meal at Pachamama Latin Food Truck. I ordered the chicken fried rice with jalapeños, which was packed with flavor, the jalapeños added just the right kick without overpowering the dish, and the chicken was tender and well-seasoned. It was a hearty, satisfying plate that hit the spot.

I also tried two empanadas: the guava and cheese, and the apple. The guava and cheese was absolutely amazing, the sweetness of the guava and the creaminess of the cheese paired perfectly to create a dessert-like bite that felt like the ideal ending to the meal. The apple empanada tasted like home and comfort in every bite, warm and familiar, like a cozy treat you didn’t know you needed.

Highly recommend this food truck if you’re looking for authentic flavors with heart and care in every dish. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

I highly recommend this latin food place to enjoy delicious meals. The owner is very friendly and the service is excellent. I had the Peruvian lomo saltado plate. I also tried the guava-cheese empanada. It is so tasty and soft. The location is very nice, there is indoor and outdoor sitting area to eat which allows you to enjoy this place during all seasons of the year. We should support local businesses and this place definitely deserves it. I am definitely going back!

We had a fantastic lunch Today @ Pachamama. We started with The lomo saltado( beef with fries with a delicious sauce) It was juicy, spicy but not too spicy, the beef was tender, portions are great so you can share. The Shrimp taco was full of flavor with crunchy salad on a soft tortilla, yummy. Lastly the chicken saltado with noodles had the right amount of sauce, chicken was perfectly cooked and the green sauce was to die for.. great food, great price, great service.

My daughter was treating me to sushi rolls at Raw Dead Fish and I saw the Pachamama Peruvian truck right next door. The menu looked so interesting- I decided to try the Peruvian Fried Rice w/Pork Belly. Very glad I did! Great change from the run of the mill local Pub fare. I asked for Medium spicy which was plenty for me. Generous serving with lots of pork belly chunks! Will return to try more.

Authentic and delicious Peruvian food dishes (Peruvian-approved). I had Lomo Saltado and Chicharrón with Chicha Morada. Everything tasted amazing. Looking forward to going back soon to try Ceviche, Chaufa, Empanadas, and all the other awesome Peruvian food options they have.
I absolutely recommend them and if you’ve never had Peruvian food before, you are in for a treat!
