We ordered for fried chicken biriyani for take out and what was delivered was normal biriyani. When I called back them it was mentioned to me that the fried pieces are too dry so they put it in gravy . Come on..If they did not have the dish they should at-least inform while ordering or told while checking out. Be bit more authentic guys.

This was our 1st visit to the restaurant, and unfortunately, it will also be our last. We ordered the Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani, but what we received didn’t resemble a traditional biryani at all. It was simply rice mixed with mutton and some biryani gravy — far from the layered, flavorful biryani we were expecting. The taste was quite unpleasant, and we mentioned this to the server.
The portion of raita provided was shockingly small considering the amount of rice, and the accompanying chili sauce was almost inedible. To make matters worse, the biryani itself was overwhelmingly spicy — not in a flavorful way, but just unbalanced and harsh.
On top of the food issues, the environment was equally disappointing. A staff member was cleaning right right in front off us, with a dirty bucket and cleaning cloths out in the open, which was very off-putting. It gave the impression that hygiene and restaurant standards are not being properly maintained.
Given the poor food quality, questionable cleanliness, and lackluster service, the entire experience was not worth the price. Now we understand why the place was so empty.

Today we went first time for lunch. We have ordered chicken tikka masala biryani, veg fried rice, gobi manchurian for dine in and chicken 65 pulao, biryani rice for take out. Everything tastes so good and we recommond all these 4 dishes.veg fried rice is super tasteful. Chicken 65 pulao tastes heaven. Quantity and quality both are there in food. Staff is so responsive and they made food with customized spice level (mild) for my kid. Nice to listen telugu songs in restaurant. We had pure hyderabadi food experience with food taste and ambiance. We will definitely come again to try more from menu.

I visited this restaurant because my friend suggested. I ordered 3 different dosa, one veg starter and so called chicken mandi (Its not mandi at all) just Biryani rice with a cup of chicken curry. No fried onions, no raisins and no kaju. Bro in which plant in the universe it is called Mandi? If you cannot do it just say it is not available. Some people like me might travel from so long to eat Mandi but you guys screwd it.

Kachiguda Junction opened up recently and I have already been here twice. The food is absolutely amazing and the ambience is great. The food is presented very well and always looks appetizing. They had an amazing special the second time I went where I got to try some dishes I never had before and they were all good. I highly recommend this place, service is great, , portions are great, food is great and made in a timely manner. I will be coming back to explore more items on the menu for sure.

New review from latest visit: I am sitting here waiting on my Kheema Pav meal to be redone after they served me hard as rock pav bread the first time around. Just now I am told to order another item instead since apparently they don’t have a fix for the hard pavs! and this after I have been sitting here for half an hour waiting. BAD service! I compared this place with Chola Indian Cuisine in my last review — I don’t think Chola would ever compromise on the quality of their meals and they never did even if it took them a while to get the order out. THAT is the difference – customer satisfaction. Downgrading the rating for KJ because of my recent experience. Sad to see this place falter especially when they say they can’t do anything about the pav when I had an amazing experience last time ordering Kheema Pav!

For the Chola regulars and those in 2 km radius who love a good Indian meal know that this is the place to go to fairly treat your tastebuds! Slightly on the pricier end in comparison to chola but you also get a better vibe! Can’t wait for these two to fight it out!

I visited this place for the first time, drawn by its 24-hour service. As it was getting late, we searched for a suitable restaurant and, with help from the reception, found this spot and arrived around 11:30 PM. My friend specifically wanted to try bonda, so we came all the way here and waited until midnight for the dish. While the bonda didn’t completely live up to our expectations, we enjoyed the overall experience. We started with mirchi and later ordered dosa and bonda. Although the chutney wasn’t as flavorful as I had hoped, the rest of the meal was satisfying. The service team was excellent, and we ended the night with a cup of tea, which was truly delightful.

A delightful little place that serves a wide variety of dishes. The menu is bewilderingly large. The food is delicious with nice portions that totally filled us up. The staff are very friendly in attending to our needs and they do very well with children as well. They did a very good job of managing the descriptions so we understood the intensity of the food. Would come back again.

I have been here numerous times, unfortunately this time was unacceptable. I ordered fish pagoda and paid $20 for 3 pieces of actual fish, everything else was just batter. Very disappointed as the flavor is normally good.
