This Little Ceasars on W Vine st is *closed*. We called to place an order on 3/30 and the person on the phone took the order, and confirmed the location before we ended the call.
We got there and quickly noticed that the pizza place is closed. No furniture, no sign, nada. Called once more and we figured out that the num a customer calls to, goes to a call center. So even they didn’t know it was closed.
It was quite an adventure. An unfortunate loss of a pizza day though.

Use to love getting my cardboard cheese pizzas here occasionally. Went recently and was the only person there (door chimes loudly upon opening door) and the staff was too busy talking and goofing off in the very back to notice. After several minutes I finally got an employee to notice me and then given a look that they were laboring to help me.
Most of the food is already made and kept in hot racks (which is fine for what you’re paying for) so there’s not too much involved with checking someone out.
Hire some people that actually want to work and are better at being the face of your franchise. I’m sure there are some good people that work here BUT I didn’t speak or see them on this trip.

I have delivery order the doordash person marked as delivered took the pizza, when I call the doordash driver he said he just took it. I try to contact the restaurant many times without any luck voicemail is full. I called doordash they stated they can not refund because was order through the app. I am so upset that I couldn’t do anything. I would never order again.

I was waiting to order and there’s was an Uber driver asking the supposedly manager if her order was ready manager being rude just because she ask how long for her pick up she answered so disrespectful Uber ask for her name and she said non of your business I left but I took a picture of her she need to be retrained on customer service. Specially if she’s a “manager” this is not how you treat those who keep this establishment open. US THE CUSTOMERS!!!!
