I am giving 3 stars for the simple fact that I placed an online order at around 7:45 pm while sitting at Brannon Crossings in Nicholasville , It should have been ready by the time I got the KFC my app said 5-15 minutes . By the time I get to KFC it’s close to 8 pm I go through the drive-thru tell them my name , I get my drink the lady asked me to pull up and they would bring my order out . I waited a few minutes then had to move cause I was blocking the drive-thru so I waited for about 10 more minutes then proceed to go inside to use the bathroom told the employee that I was going to wait inside for my order since I had to use the bathroom. I waited for almost 40 minutes to get my food I sent my husband a message at 8:47pm to let him know I was heading home . If they didn’t have the crispy chicken ready they could have just given me Original Recipe instead I would’ve been okay with that but they never even offered it. I absolutely love KFC and I order from this particular restaurant a lot , I’m just dissatisfied with tonight service.

They cut my chicken breast in half. It was dry. I ordered a 16 piece Family bucket meal. Everything els was ok. I ased for wings they didnt ask hot or regular so i got tiny hot wings when i wanted standard regular wings… workers were nice but took about 30mins to get my food..

I came in tonight around 7ish p.m. on November 23, 2025, and stood there for almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the front. I finally got my takeout order done. I live about 5 minutes from KFC, depending on traffic. I’ve never had issues until tonight, and I never thought about checking my food. When I got home, my bucket of chicken was fine, but because I had waited 5 minutes Because it was in the oven, I was assuming that while waiting on the chicken, I would have fresh tater wedges, which should take nearly 7 minutes to cook. My tater wedges were as hard as a rock. Not just one or two, but the whole thing. I called to complain about the quality of my food. When I spoke to the manager on duty, she told me to bring it back tonight. I told her I wouldn’t because I had been gone all day and had kids to put to bed. Then she told me that I should save the food and bring it by tomorrow. I asked her, “What do you want me to do? Put it in a bag and make a sign for the kids not to eat it? I can’t leave it out because I have cats.” I have the receipt. She said the only way for her to do something about it was for me to return the food. I asked the manager who I was speaking with what her name was. She gave me two different names. I have recorded that she was informed recorded.

didn’t really have an experience so i cant truly rate the service. i went for an interview. What i can say is that it was spotless and has a great view of main street and is situated in a great location. From what i seen the buffet wasn’t yet setup and i arrived at 10am but it is quite large.

The service here is horrible. Walked in and stood at the counter to be waited on and no one came to assist us. One guy even looked at us standing there and he walked off. The staff is even rude when you say something to them about how bad the place is. They need to close this place down!

Tend to go to kfc a few times a month and its always something messed up or forgotten. Today they charge me for the right order but my 4 piece tender meal was legit short a whole entire tender. And asked about popcorn chicken and they only sell large orders.

Ordered at 9:02 with pickup at 9:15. Showed as ready for pickup and when I get there at 9:18 they said they won’t be making my order because they are already shut down their machines for cleaning even though they don’t close until 10pm (google says 10:30) this isn’t the first time they shutdown before closer!
