ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I recently found out i was having stomach problems each time i eat at this Mc Donalds. Come to find out its because the beef here is still raw uncooked. Update… I let the burger sit for about 1 hour and the updated pictures are below.

Food was badly made the burger patty was raw ,bun was not queued ,fries were dark brown like change the oil or something I threw my meal away,we ordered drive through 1am – 2am. This new McDonald on FM 1516 needs to close down asap we had other bad experiences with this McDonald. Last time giving them a chance.

Customer service here is horrible!
They need toireo Chick-fil-A’s model for drive through. No sense in Curbside orders, took 20mins to get 2 happy meals. I ended up having to walk in, they were not even made yet.

This “new” McDonald’s lobby is the worst design for customer service. I’ve been here 3 times now. You will absolutely have to stretch across the counter while looking in the kitchen to get someone’s attention. In my experience you will absolutely have to wait for you food no matter how busy or how slow they are. I’ve added a picture of what you will see every time you need a napkin or ketchup or in my case syrup which should have been with my order. I hope they improve. This morning I drove to Foster rd which is further away just so I could get to work on time. Please get better.
