I have visited this location on three separate occasions, and unfortunately each visit has been disappointing. The frozen frappes consistently contain ice chips, and when requesting extra caramel, it is often not included. The drinks appear to be prepared inconsistently, as if staff may still be learning proper techniques. While the service is fast, which is appreciated, I hope there is an opportunity to improve drink preparation and order accuracy moving forward.

As a regular Starbucks customer, I was shocked and disappointed at the mediocre service I received today that began with a Ubereats delivery error due to an safety concern, in which my beverage was not properly packaged for delivery.
Upon my call to store, the supervisor was apologetic and acknowledged the error between packaging and the delivery person retrieving and leaving the store without the proper packaging. I was given the option to come in for a replacement, it’s was 13 degrees but I bundled up and headed to the store only to wait about 10mins for my drink to be made.
Although I received several apologies for the inconvenience, the fact that I had to wait and upon tasting my drink it was made incorrectly, missing the 4 splenda I previously requested, this was an unexpected experience and impacted my holiday weekend bliss.

First time trying this branch, I got a venti ice latte with cold foam and an extra shot of espresso wi Th extra Carmel, which is my usual and my cup was not full, very light and milky and the cold foam was too foamy I barely tasted it! I never had an experience like this. This is dissatisfying for a drink over $10.. Disappointed and unsatisfied.

I am always at this location but unfortunately the guy that made our drinks today seems to have forgotten to put in an ingredient. Caramel Frapp tasted flat….and just look at the over whipped whip cream sad sad drink. I tried calling but they did not pick up the phone. We could not even drink it of how bad it was.
EDIT: I appreciate the fact that the manager responder to my review quite fast.
I have filled out a complaint with corporate and I have to say the process was quite fast and easy.
I will give this place another try.
