6pm Nov 3, 2025. Two girls were working there, one of the girls had her three friends loitering in front of the sandwich bar getting in the way (already had their subs, not ordering). The other girl fixed our sandwiches but was clearly bothered by all the noise the others were making. She was too distracted by them to put more than 4 meatballs on my sub. The other girl with the friends started making someone else’s sandwich and didn’t hear them say “that’s enough” and loaded their sandwich with vinegar because she was talking to her friends. I imagine they weren’t too pleased either.

Holy cow what a nightmare this place is. I’m not sure if both of the employees were high or just severely lacked personality and customer service. Service was as slow as molasses. The lady asked me no less than 4 times each what the bread was, what the meat was, what cheese and if it was toasted. I ordered a Philly which is supposed to come with peppers and onions but since they changed the case you can’t see what they are putting on your sub now. She didn’t bother to tell me they are out of peppers and onions. I get places run out but I would have ordered a different sub! Then we get to the bearded guy who tells me no they don’t. But magically found a container with a few peppers in it but no onions. They are literally next door to a food Lion. I’m not sure if they were out or just didn’t want to chop more. And it’s nowhere near closing. This was at 6pm. I literally said out loud that I would have gotten a different sub if they had told me and all I got was a blank stare. Not even a fake apology. This place has never been great but it’s even worse now. Ingredients aren’t good, service sucks, and prices have sky rocketed for crappy subs. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for Jersey Mike’s, Firehouse, or Jimmy John’s.

I just went here and got the worst two subs ever. The first one was turkey and got it toasted. I got home and it hurt the top of my mouth when I was trying to bite into it. I T took it back and had them make another sub but with different bread. The bread wasn’t even all that fresh as she said. I’m done with that subway. It used to be really good but I guess it’s the “new management”.

Who is the bearded rude guy I’ve seen the past 2 times? The owner? He wears sports hats not Subway hats so I assume he’s not a regular employee.

I get the vibe it sucks working with him. He’s not pleasant. I didn’t like the way he talked to the customer in front of me so I didn’t order. The person with me told me outside they didn’t even want to order from him because he seemed annoyed.

I see some other recent reviews that seem to be about him too. He needs to get a better personality at work because we won’t be back. Too bad when other employees are nice.

I placed an online order. When I went in there my order wasn’t ready, which was completely understandable. I waited in line and when she got to me, she asked me if she could help and I explained that I placed an order online and she told me that I had to go sit and wait because 4 orders had came in all at the same time. THIS I did NOT understand. I just waited in line for the 4 people who were in front of me and now you’re telling me I have to sit and wait again so you can take the person who came in after me just so I could get my 2 6inch sandwiches? Then she complained about how I placed my order. There were 3 people in there and it wasn’t that busy to the point where someone couldn’t have finished my order within the 45 minutes total I waited for 2 6inch subs. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!

Filthy! Going, going, going down the drain. The men’s room is just plain nasty. Urine and trash all over the floor, the toilet is filthy. This didn’t just happen today. No paper towels in the towel dispenser.
The employees are clueless.

The fountain drink machine is always broken or out of product. No more unsweetened tea for people that don’t want to drink sugar drinks.

DON’T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!

Before Christmas I purchased ten $10.00 gift cards. When I paid for the cards the cashier gave me four vouchers for four six inch subs. When I went back into the store to redeem them, (the same store the came from) I was told they don’t accept them. Really? They came from here. I’ll never spend another dime in Subway. Awful!

Literally stood in line for A HOUR waiting to be helped and to get my food made. There was 3 employees working. 2 of them kept stopping to work on the online order instead of just 1 and the other helping the 15 plus customers in line. The other employee stood at the cash register the whole time instead of helping. Then when I finally got my sub it wasn’t even a full 6 inch, it was burnt and completely squished and soaked in sauce. This has to be the WORST customer service and subway restaurant I’ve been to.
