Cedar Hills venue not much for atmosphere, but an ok waiting area. Summertime outside might be better. The food is always very good and service is frequently with a smile. Be aware that certain dishes are only on certain days. It’s too bad that the points I had in the past or the future can’t be used anymore at this venue like the others. Three different app for us not the same as the ones used at the other venues. The app for this store is a little difficult to use sometimes. But, good dishes with Mac.

Food is great but they will literally make you wait for your food so they can serve people that ordered after you before you. Go to a different franchise of this business and not this location. Absolutely garbage customer service, especially when the cashier and her helper laugh at you when you ask why the 10 people who ordered their food after you ordered already got their food while you’re still waiting.

The food here is good, especially the pulehu chicken (for those like us from the islands, it closely resembles huli huli chicken). But twice now, we’ve ordered a side green salad and twice it was screwed up – the first time, they forgot it completely and the second, they didn’t include the dressing, just large pieces of wet, soggy lettuce. A little attention to detail please, especially when we leave you good tips.

I love coming to this location and being so warmly greeted by Alex every time! He is consistently very bubbly, friendly, and efficient. I often see him bouncing around operating different stations getting orders out. Even when they are busy, he is always kind and slows down to make each interaction more personal. My order is never wrong when he’s here and his service is 10/10. Thank you Alex for making a regular out of me!

This is our go to Hawaiian location. We run a shop that closes at 7PM, so finding good food still open is a challenge. Even later in the evening we can get what we want. They now stay open much later so it’s even less of an issue. Everything is always hot and freshly made and very tasty with friendly staff.

Wth, is this!!! I ordered DoorDash they got it from the Aloha location. I received the wrong order. I ordered a Beef Teriyaki Plate, spicy with 3 side of mac salad instead of rice, what I got was 1 side of mac, noodles a little bit of beef and chicken. I did not order the noodles and chicken, 2 sides of Mac Salad was missing, I am sure that they out someone’s plate in my bag instead of mine, I also ordered Chicken fried rice, the worst fried rice I have ever had. I received no condiments, napkins or utensils, I can’t even get a hold of Roxy’s location. All meat was hard and very dry too. Whoever’s order this was supposed to be wouldn’t have liked it.

01/05/18: 4.0 out 5 – Since my move to the Portland area, I’m always looking for good Hawaiian grind. Roxy’s Island Grill was a place a friend of mine frequents.
The place is simple, clean, and with ample seating. The lines can be long, but often it seemed like most of the patrons took their food to go.
The counter service was pretty quick with the ordering process. Simple pictures posted to get an idea of what you are ordering along with average prep times.
Average prep time?
Well, the food is made to order which is one of the factors that’s makes this place appealing. I had ordered the Sweet Garlic Chicken.
In my opinion, the food and service was good. I initially wanted to rate this Roxy’s location a 3.5, but I bumped it up to 4 because one of the staff was going around checking on the seated patrons and asking if they would like to sample the Chicken Katsu. To me, that’s someone who demonstrates that they care and would like you to come back.
Pretty OHANA if you ask me.
If you find yourself near this Roxy’s, try the place once and decide for yourself.

Stopped to get lunch after my daughter’s soccer game with some of the team. They have your typical Hawaiian dishes that I’m used to seeing in Seattle area and in Hawaii. Like spam musubi and loco moco. Though I was a little sad to see they didn’t have spam fried rice. Another thing I noticed was they had couple other dishes that’s not Hawaiian but our Hawaiian friend did mention that Hawaiian food is like a fusion.
That being said the food was good. I decided to get katsu moco instead of the loco moco because I hadn’t seen that combination before. It was good but not amazing. Since katsu is crispy you have to eat it separately with the eggs and rice. Which is basically just having katsu on the side like other teriyaki restaurants. Next time I go I’ll definitely try the regular loco moco.
Price is normal like any fast food restaurants. They have Hawaiian sun which is a must for any Hawaiian restaurant . Plenty of parking since it’s in a plaza.
