This is the third time I have ordered pizza delivery. I have paid $.79 apiece for four sauces. I never get my sauces. I never get my crazy sauce. I order they don’t give sauces for some reason and they don’t wanna give you your money back for your sauces or they tell you you can come get them the next day when you no longer have the food. I’ll never order there again! Then they want to argue with you like it’s your fault!!! Stop playing at work and give your customers what they pay for!!!! And they say I can come get the sauce when I paid $12 to have it delivered! Make it make sense!!

Upon purchasing a pizza with additional pepperoni, I discovered upon returning home that only five pieces were present. I contacted the establishment to explain the situation, but they did not offer a replacement. At the very least, they could have requested that I return the pizza and have it modified. Even though they were extremely busy when we went, our specialty pizzas were ready on time (ordered in store) and the employee that served us was polite in spite of the many impatient folks in the room. She and the other person there were just cranking out pizzas and doing their best to make things work even though they appeared to be short handed. The pizzas were absolutely delicious as always!

I came specifically for the pretzel crust pizza, which I got and was delicious. It does suck you can’t add any toppings besides pepperoni to that pizza. At 7: 20pm on a Friday as you walk in and see at least five people working they scream online only because they’re busy and don’t want to take orders at the register. I understand doing that possibly close to closing time but on a weekend supper Rush hour I found it inappropriate. And they’re not polite or pleasant at all letting you know it’s online only. It was a 30-minute wait for my pizza which shows (hopefully) they were really busy. But dang live up to the hot & ready originals at least, didn’t even have that.

This particular store stays busy and it seems like a bunch of younger kids are working but the food is always good never had a complaint on that………UNTIL tonight smh I’m posting the pictures, no words are even needed.

Have been ordering the extramostbestest cheese pizza for the past couple of years due to the amazing fluffy, flakey crust. Well today we order it like normal and pick it up and are told someone complained the crust was too thick so they change the way they make it now. We are in the south, everywhere has thin crust. I was excited when I finally found a place with thick crust and just like that they take that away from us too. If I wanted thin crust I would’ve ordered it that way

Ceasars has went straight to hades. Last 2 times I’ve got pizza from them, there has been no crust in the center of pizza just burnt cheese that tastes nasty.

I was passing through the area and placed an order on the app. Ordering was simple and easy. What I received was very disappointing. I ordered the EXTRAMOSTBESTEST® PEPPERONI but received a pizza with less pepperoni than the classic. If I wanted breadsticks, I would have ordered that! There’s easily 3-4″ of crust with no sauce or toppings.

Tried the new bacon Crazy Puffs today and they were full of cheese and bacon pieces, 10 outta 10 delicious! You get 4 for only $3.99. The cheezy jalapeno dip (sold separately) with them makes them even better.
