The Wendy’s on Church Road in Southaven, Mississippi is great every time I go. The food is always hot and fresh, especially the burgers and fries. The workers are friendly and helpful, and they make sure your order is right. The drive-thru moves pretty fast, even when it’s busy. The restaurant is clean and well taken care of. Overall, this Wendy’s does an excellent job and I would definitely recommend it.

Honestly speaking, this is one of the best Wendy’s that I think that I have been to a long time. We ordered the baconator burgers. And the pomegranate lemonade was very good as well. The burgers were fresh and hot. Would’ve given for stars of the fries were fresh too, but they were a little cool. It was busy, but there is not a long wait time to order or receive food and the customer service agents were really nice.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. Ordered my food no problem got to the window for my food and drink to be shoved in my hand . I wasn’t greeted or anything . I asked for a ranch before she slammed the window in my face & told me if I wanted ranch all I had to do was “just say that then” . Unprofessional and very rude coming from a manager I don’t care how busy your drive thru is you talk to paying customers with respect . Had it been you getting that kind of service you would be just as upset . I wanted to give my food right back and not give them any of my hard earned money

They should really work on their hot mic and professionalism. We stopped at around 6:30 and ordered 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals, I aslo wanted an extra 6 pc nugget for me, to which one of the workers in the back said “Jesus how many kids you got.” Then they just stopped talking to us. My husband sais “excuse me.” The girl said, “Sorry about that,” then she moved on to take the other cars order. She didn’t give us a total or ask if we wanted anything else. she just moved on. I was ready to leave without the food. Seems like a small thing, but for some that is extremely hurtful.
And to boot, once we got to the window they didn’t greet us, just shoved the food out the window with the wrong drinks for our million kids. Food tasted alright. No one spat in it so that’s good.

I’m never ordering from this location again!! I had a Mobile pick up order for John B. on December 14, @12:21am and I always pick up my food with no problems. I told them I had a mobile pick order on the machine & the girl told me to pull around I was waiting over 20 mins after my scheduled pick up time just for them to tell me they don’t have my order. I even showed her my mobile order on my phone and she replied we have a 1,000 orders and proceeded to hand the food to the car behind me. I’m calling corporate first thing in morning. Honestly I can’t blame everybody that was in the building but y’all need to see who was all scheduled that day and have a talk with that girl. That was unacceptable

These are the most lazy people I’ve ever encountered. Went to drive through an hour before closing to order food. The cashier said they wasn’t taking anymore orders only door dash! Why would you want someone to pay someone to bring their food if they already used their gas to go order and pick their own food up. They was very disrespectful.

Great Wendy’s store. Premises were very clean and tidy, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Ordered tge honey butter chicken combo. Food came out hot, potatoes were fresh, everything was fresh. Very pleasant experience. Well done.
