Food is delicious. Better than usual actually. Although, approximately at 3:35 today, I’m the drive thru, the lady with the bun was very rude. Didn’t ask if we wanted any sauce with any of our stuff but proceeded to give am attitude and be disrespectful because we asked for sauce? Like what? Didn’t even get the sauce we asked for which was very nice of her.

This food is absolutely horrible. It taste spoiled. I didn’t receive any napkins forks or any utensils to eat with the chicken is very old the mashed potatoes and gravy taste like it has been sitting for hours. It’s starting to spoil the coleslaw was about the best thing I am thinking about getting a hold of the health department to take a look at this place.

Our Valentine’s Day had been flopped so we ended up grabbing kfc for dinner. NEVER coming to this location again. There is a lady with messed up teeth who has one crappy attitude. We asked for butter and honey for our biscuits and she gave us 2 butters and 4 honey. We had 8 biscuits total so my husband went inside so grab more and she had an attitude towards him. Not sure her name but that alone made us not want to come back. To top it off the chicken was extremely over cooked and the biscuits had a constancy of being under cooked. My husband and I both had food poisoning and are missing work because of this. I would NEVER recommend anybody eat here. I’ll be telling people to steer clear.

We were in the drive thru, so the atmosphere was perfect. KFC always has good chicken but when u go thru the drive thru its always iffy. This time was sketchy it appears they know ur in the drive thru possibly passing thru so u won’t have time to come bk to make it right. So it seems they give u whatever they want. Our order was wrong and after a long day at work im not coming bk. So my advice always take the time to walk into any establishment to reassure u can watch them mess up ur order or get it right.

I wanted to make a report in reference to the Rolla, Mo KFC restaurant. This evening I was set to pickup my order at 5:45pm, I was unable to go inside to pickup so I waited in the drive thru. I ordered a Family Meal Deal for $25 which included a 6pc orginal recipe bucket, 6pc tenders with 2 mashed potatos with gravy. When it was time to pickup my order, the kid with long blond hair swinging his hair around not giving a crap who wasn’t personable at all who was at the window stated “they didn’t have orginal recipe chicken anymore and they wasn’t going to make it bc they had oil shut off and they are having a employee Christmas Party so they are closing at 6pm and all they had was crispy chicken but the tenders are there” After I had a extended wait I had another wait for crispy chicken. I am not complaining about a Christmas party bc I get it, but I thought it was rude to say they wasnt going to make something

Its what we paid for and nothing should have been shut off till 6pm Christmas Party or not you have food down to make as ordered. I’ve worked in restaurants so I get it. I don’t come to KFC often but tonight I was doing my grocery pickup with my baby and this restaurant is in the parking lot with Walmart so I was trying to find something good and fast to take home to my family. When I got home the chicken looked awful, over cooked and too crispy. Food just thrown in bag with a mix of sauces I didnt order, I paid the .25 for the 3 I asked for and never got. I have pictures of the chicken. Total waste of money and time. Also that guy with long hair needed a poney tail or a hair net. It was gross. I have made a complaint to corporate.

They would have gotten a 5 Star but I got back to the hotel with a 16 piece Family meal but no sauses, not butter or honey for the biscuits! That’s a Crime in itself! No Butter or Honey in the Biscuits, Damn. Maybe next time!

Substandard! I don’t have high expectations for KFC but the food quality was pretty horrible. The service was adequate and the dining area was as clean as I expect a fast food restaurant to be but that chicken! Was it even cooked today?

I have seen some nasty places but I gotta say that was the nastiest restaurant I ever been in. Restrooms beyond disgusting took my breath away. Chicken nuggets looked homemade I have photos of the nuggets should have gotten some of the filth. Not 1 I mean not 1 table was clean floors black I could literally see the filth. Employees wore only 1 glove if any. And they all except 1 lady looked like they haven’t showered or changed clothes in months. Jus unacceptable.
