I ordered the Supreme nacho dip and a spicy potato soft taco. The nacho dip was OK, but I wish there were more chips. However, the potato is ridiculous. There was only a few potatoes and were hard. Not fresh at all

If I could give this store a zero I would, every time I come here they close early!!!!! Very unprofessional!!!!!! How does it say they close at 1:00am on the drive thru menu! Google says 12am sometimes they close a hour or 2 hours before closing time and refuse to take orders!!!!! Shut this place down! And they ALWAYYYYS GET MY ORDER WRONG!!!!! Come here way too much due to them being one of the few places by my home! Claim they were only taking pickup and delivery orders and then proceeded to not speak to me on the mic after asking how can I place a pickup order! Place needs new management and employees because if the manager is ok with what’s going on I can only imagine what they allow inside the store! Bad representation of Taco Bell/Kfc!!!!!

if I could rate it no stars I would. Food from both spots was just a nightmare to eat. Almost vomitted in my mouth. Why did the tacos taste like dishwasher soap and was extremely soggy 🙁 I love Taco Bell but I don’t think I could ever eat and enjoy it again after this. My partner got KFC on the other hand and his nuggets were not cooked well. The fries were good but please do better. Wish I could get my 20$ back

Now I know why the rating is so bad here. The guy working the drive-through was very rude. He told me to pull around to the door. After 20 minutes, I went in and they completely forgot to make my order. Didn’t offer me anything for the mix up or wait. Clearly this location needs help and an adjustment. I highly recommend driving to a different location.
Also, I waited ANOTHER 10 minutes inside. I ordered the Luxe Box. Tortilla chips were we wet and soggy, the roll ups were fair, And the Chalupa wasn’t even that full. I barely ever write reviews, but I was supposed to be beyond pissed, I had to.

Understand me when I say, I grew up on KFC. Food is alright, when the rite chicken is in stock. The customer service is horrible, i understand it gets hard in fast food. To the point that I’ll wait for good food. But, when I’m the only car in line and an empty store. There is no reason to be met with attitude and to feel unwanted by the employees. I took my money and went elsewhere. Do not pay at a location if the staff makes you not feel wanted or appreciated.

This use to be my go to place to eat. I could have Taco bell every day. That’s why it hurts me to say in the past couple of months I have been disappointed. It’s always something when I go there. Especially one particular employee. As soon as I walked in I asked if he could break $100 bill & he shook his head. So I proceeded to order. When I tried to pay he tells me he can’t brake a hundred. He don’t have enough in the register. I said what? U literally just told me you could. And OMG the attitude I got. It wasn’t necessarily that he was rude. He just acted like he didn’t care. Like he didn’t even want to be there & basically argued with me & kept on asking if I had anything smaller, & constantly suggesting that I could pay with a credit or debit card & again with the asking if I had anything smaller. Dude I already said I didn’t. Unless you want a bunch of loose coins to go through & separate… Or u could just take this 100 that you said you would take. To begin with. By this time I was getting pissed until I realized I was letting this little punk get to me. I should’ve just asked to see the manager to but I didn’t & I take responsibility for this. Please Taco Bell, please stop hiring these little kids with attitudes that hate there job. Very disappointing. I was going to skip this review cauese the there’s no 0 or 1/2 star option. Taco Bell please don’t hire anymore bad attitude teenage punks. Please. I want my Taco Bell back

While I was waiting on my food at this Taco Bell location, I needed to use the bathroom and noticed it was locked with a code. I went toward the register where two younger employees in gray shirts were standing around, and I politely said “excuse me” several times—at least 20. They completely ignored me, not even acknowledging that I was speaking. I then spoke directly to another young man who was also just standing there doing nothing, and still got no response. Eventually, one kind and respectful younger man finally responded, gave me the code, which I appreciated. But the overall experience of being blatantly ignored by multiple employees was rude and unprofessional. Something really needs to be addressed with the staff when it comes to basic customer service and how to treat people with common courtesy.

Service is 100% terrible. Man that took my order rolling his eyes mid order. He looks miserable being there. He was whispering I could barely hear him so I asked him to repeat himself he rolled his eyes. I asked him what certain things were again rolled his eyes. I get the whole let’s hire people and help them out if they need it but with those attitudes they have they’re going to lose business which I doubt that location cares cause yay no customers for them and just sit around but no. It’s quite literally embarrassing.
