I ordered via uber eats. I wanted to commend Elizabeth Bennet.
The past two orders I had issues with my bowl, the one time the plastic container, was dented in and when I straightened it out, the bowl was half empty. The 2nd time, the bowl was half empty, messy & the outside was sticky. However this time my order was perfect! The way it was made, the extra toppings & the amount. Oh and the cute little note! Thank you!!

The 2 girls were amazing very pleasant and kind, just outstanding overall. My main concern is, I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and the credit card machine is ALWAYS broken. How do you charge so much for a product but don’t invest in maintenance or replacement of your payment processor. That makes absolutely no since and it’s a nuisance.

I enjoy playa bowls and the staff is always nice. Service is quick and easy. Pleasant spot to chill with friends or by yourself. My favorite is the nutaya bowl and I add strawberries. It’s delicious!

Not sure what’s more amazing, the customer service or the bowls! My son and I came in after a long day, and a few minutes into eating his bowl, he told me he really didn’t like it. The staff didn’t just remake it for him, they went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. They encouraged him to speak up for himself, validated his thoughts, and treated him with so much kindness. On top of that, he was in his own little bubble listening to the Spider-Man soundtrack, which made his night even better. 20/10 across the board. The sweetest staff and the best experience
