Most reliably the SLOWEST mcdonalds ever. You can get your food faster at a sit down restaurant. Restaurant is dead but still took 20 minutes to get my food. You would think that means the food is fresh, its like warm.

So short staffed it was ridiculous. No one would talk to you. We placed our order on the kiosk which is ok. But we never did get our order. We just walked out. 1/2 hour at McDonald’s and still not speaking to anyone or getting your food. Just silly

Waited in the drive thru while they took 2 cars ahead of us in the other lane. As we started to drive away disgusted, they finally asked “how may I help you?” Waiting almost 10 min whiles others who came after you was upsetting.

No one to help with kiosk for senior citizens. Finally had our order placed and was given a number for the table. The table placard said that food would be delivered to the table. Food was not delivered to the table and all we heard for our entire meal was an employee screaming out the number of orders to be picked up. Not a good way to eat lunch.

I don’t typically visit McDonalds but we stopped on our way through International Falls and I do not anticipate going back to a McDonalds in the future, after this experience. There was nobody at the counter so we ordered at the kiosk. It didn’t print a receipt but said to see cashier for a copy. I flagged someone down and asked and she said there was no way for her to look up my order or print the receipt. The employees in the back were frantic, confused and disorganized. At one point someone had their head and arms down on the prep station in frustration. There were several people waiting for missed or wrong orders. We ended up waiting for 20 minutes and after asking about the status of our order several times, the order came out. The food was hot and tasted as expected but not worth the chaos and time endured at this location.

We were just left in the drive trough for literally 20 minutes there was one car behind me that left 15 min into waiting. It was 8:30 maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. When I finally gave up and drove up to the first window and asked why I have been sitting there for 20 min? they said that there was a baseball game, no bus. I said we’ll I was sitting there for 20 min someone could have said something like it is going to be a while….the girl at the counter told me to leave or she was going to call the cops. I am a 45 year old father and own two buissnesses in International falls. I have never had the cops called on me in my life.
This is disgusting and disrespectful. This McDonald’s have become garbage in the past few years. The owner obviously doesn’t care and neither does McDonald’s as a corporation. Imagine not doing your job and when someone says something you say you are going to call the cops.

Stopped on a Sunday, and we’re the only customers. Employee going off duty had to find someone in the back to help us. Once we ordered, the food was ready fast and was hot. Had a hard time finding a clean table, even though there were no other customers.

Raw burger, waited in line approximately 7 minutes to find out I had to wait more for my fish fillet that turned out to be luke warm. It was definitely NOT fresh.
