Ordered pickup and the server was indifferent and not busy at all when we picked up our sandwiches. I literally ordered a roast beef and cheese with extra cheese and I got roast beef and pickles . The meatball sub was mediocre. I even paid extra for the cheese. We will go back to Subway for our sandwiches.

Worst service I have ever had. I placed an order to be frozen the night before. I got there and the pizza was half cooked and not frozen. Employees where very rude told me that this was the way I ordered my pizza.
I paid for it made it 1/2 mile down the road and turned around went back in with the pizza. Told them they could cook the pizza all the way or male me a new one or give me my money back. The two women where rude I told them to just give me my money back.
The sad thing is every time I come to St.Louis I get my pizza to go frozen from this place I will not go back to this one.

Haven’t always been happy with pizza here but the meat lovers one we had yesterday was the best with perfect amount of sauce so whoever was making pizzas at 4:30ish on Sun 6/9 should be applauded!!!

Ordered a 8 piece well done naked wing . We’re not well done at all , they were under cooked had to complete cooking then fully at home and at that point we’re still disgusting. Will not be returning.

It’s a franchise, and the cooks well they don’t make the food like its supposed to be made. They prepare sandwiches how ever they want to, like the roast beef its supposed to be put in beef broth and for three no longer than 2-3 minutes, but they don’t they warm the roast beef for like ten seconds in the microwave and then put the cheese pickles and peppers on it. The meat in dry not moist.. and the broth is heated in the microwave if you want a side order of ajuo.. it’s actually one of the easiest sandwiches to make.. They don’t deliver and that really sux imagine all the money their missing out on..

4 coupons were printed for this specific imos. One was a miss print so they wouldnt honor it, the other can only be used on mondays and sundays, the other can only be used at certain hours of the day. I did not eat their because of all this nonsense, whoever was in charge of these coupons and marketing should be fired. I have never wrote review for anything, but this was just so upsetting so i decided to vent about all these downfalls.

Customer service isn’t high on the list for this imos location. Called in an order to be treated like I was dumb and questioned if I knew where the location was. I’ll just go elsewhere to find better service. This review does not reflect on the gas station itself.
