Incredibly disappointed with my meal. I ordered the Mojoe bowl which was just pretty much all rice no meat. For the price of the bowl there should be a good rice to meat ratio. I only gave two stars because the staff was nice but other than that definitely will not be back.

The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly. Despite coming in during a busy time, we still got our food quickly. My steak was cooked perfectly, and my wife loved her white chicken bowl. Will soon be returning!!

I love Tokyo joes and I love this location specially, I rarely run into issues here and when there is; they’re always so apologetic and accommodating. The customer service here is really fantastic- the staff are so friendly and create a fun atmosphere and always have a good vibe going on. Keep it up yall!

Was looking for nice location for dinner, this place suited me nicely!! I’m a driver in area, picking up outa the mall on Wednesday morning. After talking to security about over night parking, had a delicious delicious dinner .. Staff was good & fast, if in area again will be back again…

This place is awful. It has definitely went downhill. You can notice that there is a new cook and things have gotten really sloppy most the time. The food is old and has a lot of inconsistencies. Sometimes I receive an ingredient and sometimes I don’t but this time I received two extra ingredients That were absolutely disgusting. Long hairs in the food. The cook is constantly touching his glasses and or face while making the food, I waited over an hour for my food just to have to bring it back after we found hair in it and we are totally disgusted. I will say that the manager Chris did try to make it right and was very apologetic, but one person should not have to hold the whole store nevertheless I will not come back to this location ever again And I used to come here at least four times a month spending more than $60 each time.

50% of my bowl was just edamame It was at least a half a cup in there I got 3 pieces of my asparagus and one slice of avocado do better I paid $15 for technically, just edamame

I don’t know who picked up these burnt pot stickers and thought that they were good enough to place in an order. I waited in an empty line for about 3 minutes before being greeted. This review costed me $5.45 because the pot stickers are inedible
