I had such a genuinely great experience at Starbucks today, and it was entirely because of Grace. From the moment I interacted with her, she was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. She made the environment feel welcoming and comfortable, which honestly goes a long way on a busy day. What stood out to me the most was her attitude and willingness to help, even with the smallest things.

At one point, I asked her how many grams of protein were in the iced caramel protein matcha — and the funny part is, the answer was literally right in front of me on the screen. Even so, Grace answered my question right away without any hesitation, judgment, or awkwardness. She didn’t make me feel rushed or silly for asking, and that level of patience and respect really says a lot about her character and professionalism.

She was attentive, friendly, and clearly cared about making sure I had a good experience rather than just getting through the order. It’s employees like Grace who turn a regular coffee stop into something memorable. Her positive energy and kindness didn’t go unnoticed, and she’s a big reason I’d happily come back to this location again. Starbucks is lucky to have her.

I typically do not review individual Starbucks locations, although this is appropriate & long overdue. Every time I walk into this location, I receive warm “hellos” from at least 7 or 8 employees. My orders are filled quickly, and accurately. The store is always clean, and quality is always great. On my way out, several employees say “Thank You” or “Have a nice day”. These little touches are what make this location incredibly exceptional. In this modern time of so much strife, and disagreement, this location is a brief reprieve from the outside norms. It makes a difference.
I always tip when I order here, and I feel gratitude for all they do here. Truly.

This is by FAR the WORST Starbucks in the area! I live about 2 minutes away but since my last experience at this one I drive to the other one at dixie and Maybe to get my coffee EVERY DAY. After a few visits in a row of my shaken espresso not being made correctly I finally asked them about it when I got to the window and saw that once again it wasn’t correct. The guy that took it back and said that they can remake it was fine but then a girl named Maggie I believe came to the window and told me that I was wrong and the drink was made correctly. I KINDLY told her that I get this drink literally every single day and it wasnt correct. Once I said that she very sarcastically said “oh well I would love nothing more than to make you a drink to your liking” then walked away but made sure to complain very loudly about it the entire time she made the new drink. I quickly realized that this was going to be an issue when she came back to the window so I started recording on my phone so it could be documented. Once she came back and saw that I had my phone in my hand she started running her mouth and trying to mock me. I then asked to speak with the manager. When the manager Brian came to the window he wasnt any better! Instead of asking what happened he told me that he would handle her privately once I left bc I guess he saw what happened but he didnt apologize for any of it. I would love nothing more then to be contacted by corporate so that I can send the video to someone higher up. This was my go to Starbucks location since it opened bc its so close to home but unfortunately with the way some of the employees treat paying customers I won’t be coming back to this one and I let everyone know how rude they are at this location. The one on dixie is friendly and makes my coffee perfect every single time!

We went through the drive through and I ordered a hot venti pumpkin cream chai latte with oatmilk. I was given an ICED pumpkin cream chai with oatmilk which is not what I wanted on a cold fall morning, I sent my boyfriend into the store to have them remake it and he came out with a hot grande pumpkin spice latte with oatmilk. I then went in myself and told them what I ordered and what happened and handed them the drink. The young girl at the counter acted like she didnt understand a word I said and the older woman told her to give her the drink and put the drink into a venti cup and just added more milk. The woman then handed me a drink in a venti cup and I walked out frustrated and running very late. When I got to my car I realized they gave me a venti pumpkin spice latte with oatmilk, so I never even got the pumpkin cream chai latte with oatmilk that I wanted. When I tasted it I realized that if there was any espresso in it, it had been drowned out by the extra milk she put in to fill the larger cup. Super rude and incompetent service.

Big fan of the dark roast! Huge thank you to the Starbucks team for what you do. It’s been great to stop in & read for a bit. The tables are the one thing that could use an upgrade as they are on the smaller side, but all in all a great place!

Hand to hand, eye to eye. You should be providing the type of service and experience the company WANTS you to. Walk the drink to the drop off plane where your customer is waiting. WRITE on the CUPS. Double cup the brewed coffee if the customer requests it. Twice in a row my experience has been sub par. There were BTS meetings for a reason.

Very disappointed with my flavorless chai tea. I could tell the guy that made my chai tea was new and did not know what he was doing. It is a new location and probably brand new workers who don’t know the Starbucks way. He did ask questions to another coworker but my drink was made so poorly, he obviously did not get the proper training he needed.
The location is large with plenty of tables but no comfy seats.

Simple place. Come get your usual stuff here. Good space inside. A little dirty. Drive thru. Many workers. No issues here.

The bad? The traffic is terrible. Easy in. Difficult out.
