Did not have a great experience with McDonald’s today. I picked up a group of mobile orders for my office. One drink I did not receive and had to return for, but the staff took a while, questioning me and asking to see my receipt after I had been hold up my phone phone with it. They said they could no longer find the ordered on their end. Like, just please give me the drink so I can get back to work. My coworker who ordered the beverage said is was nasty. It was very milked down. Also later when I opened up the apple pie I had bought myself, I found some hair cooked into it as shown on the pictures.

You’d be lucky if your food was hot or fresh. Seems more often than not you’ll recieve fries or hash browns that are just old. I once had to send my food back twice because the fries were cold and my tenders were old. I waited for 15 minutes to get my order in the drive thru. Only reason I’m not rating lower is because when it is fresh, it’s cool and it’s location is convenient.

This was my first visit to this McDonald’s location.
I placed my order through the mobile app and picked it up from the designated curbside parking spot. My order included:
• 10-piece Chicken McNuggets
• Two apple slices
• Biscuit fries
• Quarter Pounder with Cheese

There was a slight delay in receiving my order, and unfortunately, the food was not fresh—it was cold and lacked quality.
If you’re considering visiting this branch, be aware of the potential wait time and food quality. Your experience may vary, but personally, I won’t be returning.

First of all how do you serve a burnt happy meal? Can’t you see that the bun is burnt? Plus it’s for a kid. My kiddo innocently told me mom the bun is burnt and told me it was okay. But we headed back to the store and asked for a new one or a refund for the inconvenience which workers and management were not help at all! Totally unsatisfied! Poor problem solving, poor service and poor customer interaction.

So I placed a mobile order this morning for 6 glazed donuts. Regular GLAZED donuts.
I pulled through, get my order, and when I get home just wanting to sit down to eat, what do I get? 2 glazed donuts and 4 chocolate donuts.
I HATE CHOCOLATE DONUTS!
Like despise them! Tried to call the store no answer and I’m too exhausted to go back out when I have to get ready for work
Im so disappointed and upset.
I added what I ordered and what I got photo wise.
Not ordering from here AGAIN.

Was really looking forward to the reopening of this McDonald’s. The building was completely demolished and a brand new building constructed. Don’t know what McDonald’s is thinking with the interior of this new design. Tiny counter to order if you don’t want to use (or wait) to use a kiosk. No longer have the ability to fill your own drink. Reduced number of tables inside to sit and eat.
If you order on the app and chose pickup at the counter and need a printed receipt, good luck! They can’t figure out how to do that.
And why do they have a wall painted with a picture of a telephone pole? Between the bathrooms the wall is a picture of a water or sewage pipe? Strange.
Plus, quaily, freshness and accuracy of food seams to not be a priority any more.
My kids and I used to love this McDonald’s and hopefully it will get better again.

The computers were broken so we had to order at the counter. It took forever for someone to come and get our order even though there wasn’t any line. They did get are food out quickly after ordering though. The food was good.
