Food is good but cant follow simple instructions.
Employees always look confused when i ask for a slice of pizza in a small box so the cheese doesn’t stick to the aluminum, as if I don’t ask for this every single time. Today I asked for half pineapple, and got 60% pineapple. Almost no -just cheese- pizza. Yet.. i keep coming back for some reason

First here I am contractor so I travel all over city doing work and can tell the philly steak is one of the best I ever had and that includes oats in philly PA cooked perfect the sauce should be outlawed. Came with a pound of good fries and tasty fresh coles slaw all for 14.00 I dare you to find a better deal in this city for quality and quantity on top friendly service

Food is always great but it’s the 3rd time now I’ve placed in order for pick up and I’m missing a sauce, if they could just take one minute when food orders are ready to double check everything in the order is there that would be great. The employees are kind but maybe management can advise to have condiments prepared as well .

First of all, I was put on hold for 9 minutes on a phone call while trying to place a pick up order. Hung up, called back, and was placed on another hold for 3 minutes. When I finally got a representative on the line, I felt rushed like she was in a hurry to get me off the phone. I ordered two XL thin crust pizzas and one Large thin crust. I got ripped off! There were 2 inches of crust on BOTH XL pizzas making them size Large pizzas. The Large size pizza is fine, but take a look at the picture for reference. The large size pizza was filled to the crust as opposed to the XL pizzas, there were 2 inches of crust! I don’t recommend this place at all. Rude service and they will try to scam you! If I knew this was going to happen, I would’ve just ordered all large pizzas and saved money! Or just not go here at all.

The pizza was decent, but the Italian beef sandwich was disappointing. It was extremely dry, and I didn’t order it that way. The meat was tough and chewy. They don’t provide the option to have it dipped or get gravy on the side when ordering online, which would have helped. If you love beefs, don’t order one here.

Have been coming here for years, and just recently the place has gone downhill. Was told 50 min for my pizza, when I arrived after 55 min the food was still not ready. I have gotten a personal stuffed pizza before and it was phenomenal! This time I got a medium since I had hyped it up to friends and we were gonna split it, when I picked up we got it in box which was obviously wayyyy smaller than the pizza itself. The pizza slices ended up being all squished and mushy. The tomato salsa or marinera, whatever it is on top was way watered down this time and didn’t stay on like the previous times I’ve gotten this for pick up or as a slice to dine in.

This place is struggling the Pizza is mid at best and any other food option isn’t even worth it. $7 for a pizza slice is insane as well. I’ll be shocked if this place is still open 2-3 years from now. They had a good run

Ordered an Italian Beef with Sweet & Hot Peppers for delivery, they forgot the peppers. Called and asked if they could send the peppers, they offered me a $1.70 refund for the peppers instead, as if that makes up for it, I mean an Italian Beef without peppers? That’s like a meatball sandwich without sauce. As for the dry sandwich, would not recommend. First and last time ordering.
