I don’t normally leave reviews like this,but I was pretty bummed about my order. I first, asked for just 3 donuts and hadn’t known a 4th was out into the bag, I was charged for all 4, because I first thought it was a free donut. I asked for an Arizona Green tea, and as I was walking away on foot from the business I noticed my Arizona was missing some. From what I know, every Arizona is filled completely to the top. I didn’t drink it, nor go back honestly I just didn’t want to complain. But I was bummed at this place and I’ve gone before. The guy was also sorta rude to me. The bags have a weird smell as well and it caused the donuts to smell.

The QUALITY IS in THE NAME! Yum Yum never disappoints, especially this convenient 24/7 location! The donuts and midnight snacks I’ve gotten here always please. I just tried their multigrain breakfast bagel with egg and bacon and it’s amazing! So happy they have options that are non-white bread. The service is quick and the staff is friendly, mellow, and polite. The location is pretty quiet and is in a central location. Note, there’s not a lot of seating and parking space. Also, there’s no drive-thru.

I came in here at noon to pick up a few donuts for my Grandkids for after school & although they did have a big selection I was very disappointed in the donut holes I purchased…they tasted like really old grease. I will no longer stop here !! The County needs to check this place for cleanliness !!

I ordered a dozen donuts and while I was choosing I saw 3 flies inside the display case landing on the donuts. I told the cashier there were flies and he told me not to worry that he would take them out. How disgusting. I told him I didn’t want them anymore and left that’s unhealthy

Wouldn’t recommend flies all over the donuts and bagels guy is hella rude and tried to sell a dozen donuts for 6 dollars when I go to the place by stater bros and get a dozen for 1 dollar. Take your business to a better establishment because yum yums is not it

Very rude man behind the counter. So many flies were all over the doughnuts and he was just watching them. I asked him if he was going to do anything about the flies on the doughnuts and he ignored me and asked what do you want. I replied NOTHING especially not your attitude or fly infested doughnuts. Horrible!!!! Never go there!!!

It’s hard to give 5 stars to just any Donut, a 4.5 would be reserved for Crispy Creme. But for me artisan donuts usually get a 5.
But YUM YUM is a solid 4.25 for me. I bought them on Friday and the donuts are still nice and soft. Delicious with some cafè. Definitely a must. The Puffies are light and delicious as well. So they have quite the array of deliciousness to buy. Definitely give them a try if you haven’t.
Oh yea…. YUM YUM Donuts you need Thai Tea.

We came for raspados as shown on their store menu onsite but the employee said they did not have any. Now keep in mind I go to several yum yum locations because normally their raspados are fire!!
Costumer service: He was really dry and rude as if I was an inconvenience to him.
Quality of Food: We ordered a couple donuts and a extreme melt meal. The extreme melt had way too much cream cheese and the cheese was not melted properly. The donuts seemed to have been a little hard. I ended up throwing everything away.
Overall the costumer service was poor and their food was not edible. Hopefully managment will work with their employees costumer service skills and show them how to properly cook. If you dobt offer something on the menu please take it off the menu.
