I’m really disappointed with my order today. The hamburger I got was undercooked — the meat was still raw inside. After taking the second bite, I noticed a very strange taste, so I checked and saw that the meat was actually raw. I had to throw it away because it was impossible to eat. This place is only two minutes from my house, and I usually order from here quite often, but after this experience, I’m really concerned about their food quality and safety.

I just went and ordered four of these boxes one of the for had raw chicken in it I called and spoke with a gentleman he told me to bring the box back I then did and the female would refuse to remake chicken she said I asked for the order to be cooked to order which means I asked for everything to be fresh yes but that means for the chicken to be cooked not raw.. she then states that unless I have the paper receipt she can’t do anything now remind you on the sandwich there is a printout of the exact time that it was cooked and prepared and she just checked me out literally 10 minutes prior and the paper receipt is at home in another box that someone is eating out of.. needless to say I have my transaction on my debit card and I can show her the purchase she refuses to look leaving me with raw chicken to serve my husband..

Haven’t been there since I was a we boy 50 odd years ago. Honestly it wasn’t bad just like they used to make back then.
Of course that $6.24 beef and cheddar only cost 75 cents back then.

It took an unusual amount of time, we’ll over 10 minutes to get a French dip sandwich. Not to mention that my potato cakes sat on a tray for 5 of those minutes, getting cold.

My motz sticks are hot like they just came out of the fryer, but are soggy and taste old like they threw ones that were already made back into the fryer to heat them back up. Arby’s is a little expensive to be tasing like crap…..

I went through the drive through today, 3.17.25 and ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches with extra mayo and a side of mozzarella sticks. Easy Peasy! I get home to find out I have zero mayo. This sure does sucks being that I was the only person in line and there was no wait at all. So much for trying out a new location. No wonder the parking lot is always empty.
