Allowed me to still place my order even though they were only 20 minutes away from closing for the night. I had a little trouble finding the place so they were closed when I arrived and it was difficult to get anyone to open the door for us. They did allow me inside and did have my order still waiting for me but they did not give me my drinks and I didn’t realize that until I was already back at my hotel room and I was really disappointed that they did that. Employees were nice enough and I had already pre paid over the phone before I got to the restaurant. Restaurant was in a good location and was nice looking outside and inside and was very clean. They had a lot of dine in seating available and it would be good for adults and children in my opinion. Price for my large pizza and cheese sticks and 2 teas was a little higher than I thought it would be but pizza tasted good and I really liked the cheese sticks. They charge for each garlic sauce however. I did leave a tip even though it was carry out because they accommodated me. I would order from here again but I’d just make sure I had my entire order next time.

Terrible terrible service first time ordering as I just moved in the area they didn’t get my order right at all. I ordered Alfredo build your own pasta with spinach and feta and Parmesan cheese. I got some hamburger type shit. I don’t even eat beef or pork number one I ordered bread twist they gave me red bites and when I called The lady tells me that it’s the same thing but that’s not what I ordered is what I said to her, then she hangs up I called back and then she claims that I yelled at her and all I said to her as ma’am, this is not what I ordered because I don’t eat this. This is not what I want. This is not even my food terrible service. They deserve zero stars. I’ve been moving all day long so now I guess I’m just gonna have to settle for eating Eating only bread for dinner, which is not even what I ordered, but I have no choice because I don’t trust them to do the right thing or I don’t even trust him to fix me anything ever I will never use them ever again. This store is trash. The manager has no idea how to run the store. I think his name is Josh. He constantly has to give refunds because of the amount of hours it takes for someone to get a simple pizza. I thought I was tripping until I read the other reviews. This man is rude and disrespectful to his patiently waiting customers. I have heard derogatory remarks from him and disrespect to the women. I can only imagine how his staff feel working under him. I would highly advise corporate to look into this because they are losing money and customers behind the way the store is being ran. There is no reason I should get disrespected from an angry man for a $7 pizza. Highly recommended Pizza Hut across the street never had an issue with them. Sometimes it’s better to pay more to not get disrespected or wait for hours. Walmart vs target vibes for sure.

Excellent delivery service . My pizza came fast and quick. The food was hot and fresh. I hate when establishments get a bad rep when they bring food to someone’s door. I see a lot of 1 star reviews for this dominoes but based on my experience this is not the reality of this establishment. Shoutout to Donald for a fast delivery and following the delivery instructions. I hope more people start reporting their positive experiences instead of only the negative ones. I will be ordering from this dominoes again when I’m the area.

This Dominos will be the reason I will never order Dominos. I have never been so disrespected until tonight and it left a bad taste in mouth. I ordered my pizza online and arrived ten minutes later and my pizza was still under prep. They were super busy and that is understandable. I was crunching for time and I realize this was not going to be in a and out. I requested a refund so that I could run across the street to grab my children something else to eat because I chose a bad time. The man the pizza was getting ready to go in the oven and it would probably be more ten more minutes if I was able to wait. Okay fine a long time goes by. I’m in 45 minutes into placing my order and my status had said ready for pick up for 10 minutes even though it was not ready. I understood it was busy and I’m not bad at the workers. I picked a terrible time but when I requested my refund to go somewhere else so I can get somewhere on time and they could not fulfill the order especially after changing my status to ready knowing damn well it was not ready they have communicated that so I could have done something else. I said that without talking trash to the employees because I was frustrated. One worker said they will give my pizza and a refund because they understood my frustration. Instead the GM never talked to me asked me anything just gave me my refund. I sat there because I was told I was still getting the pizza after waiting 45 minutes and he told me no you can leave now. He was rude as hell and I lost it because I avoided confrontation just to walk out like the aggressor because I spoke up for myself and I was put in a position that i shouldn’t have to be because the general manager decided not to do his job and check on and listen to his customers. He disrespected me so bad I’m done with not only this store but dominoes all together. All I wanted was to get a refund to come back at a better time. Instead I got my refund no pizza and mouth full of disrespect because the gm don’t know how or refuse to deal with a frustrated customer. I didn’t disrespect not one employee they were working really hard but the lack of communication in there is terrible.

I ordered two pizzas for my family and I was quotes maximum of 48 minutes for Delivery. After waiting an hour before calling to store, I was in disbelief of the poor management on duty. She said it would be another hour so 2 hours in total before I would receive my delivery. And the manager was “busy” and would not be speaking at the moment. I felt as though that was poor customer service. I will never be purchasing from this store again.

I’ve been seeing some very rude social media post on TikTok from a Director Area Manager at the New Bern Ave. Believe the managers name is Alisha. The TikTok account is @lishssshaaa I’ll leave a photo. I think it’s highly inappropriate and against company policy to record another employee and post about their performance on social media. Truly unprofessional in my opinion.

This dominoes is the worst one in the area. I ordered through their app and the delivery was quoted at one hour. 2 hours in and there’s no update on delivery. There’s no one picking up the phone. There’s nothing. Don’t come to this one ever again.

Got the notification that my pizza was done I could see my order across the counter. Had to wait 20 min before they would hand it to me. I made eye contact multiple times but ignored me with airpods in. Got home and realized the forgot to give me the drinks and made the pizza wrong! Unbelievable worst dominos ever.
