Soi Siam offers a variety of classic Thai food. I love the Pineapple chicken fried rice and scallion pancakes. Family enjoys Pad Thai, Mango fried rice with chix and shrimp and other dishes as well. All their foods are flavorful and fresh! Very friendly staff to boot!

We were on our way to get some ice cream in Richardson when we stumbled upon a unique spot. We decided to check it out, and to our delight, we discovered Soi Siam Thai street food. It was our first time trying it, and I must say, the food was absolutely amazing! The owner, Bank, was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help us navigate the menu. We ended up trying the delicious money bags (you can spot them in the picture), indulged in scallion pancakes, and savored the scrumptious samosas (also featured in the picture). It was an unforgettable culinary adventure!

This place always serves delicious food! The quality is consistent, and everything tastes great no matter what you order. I absolutely love their Pad Thai — it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had. The presentation is beautiful, and it’s always served piping hot.

My family often orders the curries, fried rice, and other dishes, and we love that you can adjust the level of spiciness. Everything is flavorful and freshly made. The side dishes like the spring rolls, crab rangoon, and scallion pancakes are also amazing.

The owners are very kind and friendly, which makes every visit even better. It’s a small food stand located in a park, mainly for takeout, but the food is so good that it easily rivals many full-service restaurants. Highly recommended!

The food was in perfect servings and was just amazing. I kept speaking with my partner about how its amazing all the food is cooked here and its done fast while being so flavorful and delicious.

I got the crispy chicken pad thai which was just amazing with flavor and crunch. Its unlike any pad thai Ive had before. It is DIVINE!!

My partner had the Tom Kha soup and mentioned how just good it was to me. We will definitely be going back for more.

They are very nice. I appreciated that they had Kao Soi on the menu, but I felt my food was too sweet and my partner felt the same with theirs. I also was disappointed there was no egg or pickled veggies on my soup, how it usually comes and the broth seemed more like sweet curry. Disappointing. I wish this business the best, but it wasn’t for us.

The outdoor vibe and very cute little nook makes we feel like we are in Thailand especially “the heat” joke aside the FOOD was amazing! The drunken noodles has enough amount of spice as it supposed to and packed with flavor. The noodle was cooked to perfection with the chewy texture! The shrimp tempura batter was airy and not greasy. Tom yum has the good balance of sweet n sour.

The owners are very polite and friendly. Even with their back to back orders, they still came out to greet us like seeing old friends.

Highly recommended! Or if anyone plans to get Richard’s across the street, I would suggest stop by SoiSiam first and it will make the ice cream taste even better!

Pleasantly surprised by the lo main which had lots of fresh vegetables and great flavor. Pad Thai and goons were also great. So happy to have Thai nearby.

First time here, and everything was great! Decided to go to the lot in Middleton for dinner and an ice cream. Split between two people we got the Vegetable spring rolls, samosas, fried chicken gyoza and Thai fried rice with beef. PLENTY of food. We will definitely be back!
