I don’t know of any drive through BBQ places, but if there are some then they have some tough competition. This place has awesome brisket, and potato salad. The coleslaw looked disappointing, but don’t be fooled. It tastes delicious . The awesome art work on the building is also an added bonus. The only downside is that they run out of ribs pretty fast, but I guess you can chalk it up to the testimony on how good they are.

I had the 2 meat, 2 sides with pulled pork and brisket, collard greens & potato salad. My better half had burnt ends, hot links with Mac & cheese, smoked beans. The pulled pork with the awesome sauce was fantastic. My brisket was ok. It was tender. I really liked my better half’s burnt ends. I do want to try their ribs and chicken.

Makes me so sad. I want to support this restaurant but they have gone downhill more and more. If I say I want 2 meats with potato salad and beans (because the menu states 2 meat plate with 2 sides) and you tell me the meal only comes with 1 side, ok, sell me a second side. Then I get home and MISSING A SIDE! Husbands meal had no barbecue sauce so he had to grab some from the fridge. Brisket was as dry and overcooked as can be. They were out of ribs. Potato salad and beans (daughter got beans) are 100% store bought. I think this was the last straw and unfortunately they lost a customer. Good luck Colorado Smokehouse.

Brisket had no flavor, it was dry yet greasy idk how thats possible. $9.87 for a side of brisket and two sauces. Custumer service was okay not great since they did not offer any samples and there are no pictures of their items (first time here.) Charged 80+ cents for a side of sauce. The place is clean outside and inside so I give them credit for that. Overall it was a dissapointment, was expecting a better experience.

If this appears twice, forgive me. I couldn’t post from my phone with pictures. The Chipotle Sauce was the best thing here. Sadly, we’ve been trying to give our business to help support locals, not big chains. The ribs were flat with barely any meat and dry. The membrane wasn’t even taken off. That’s BBQ’in 101 stuff. No sauce, no smoke. The burnt ends were so charred and dry, that they were inedible. The mac n cheese was dried out and not even cheesy. The brisket was ok, but no bark or flavor to be found. The pulled pork was dry and had to smother it in sauces to swallow. The beans are pretty good, but garlicky. Cole slaw was way to vinegary. The cobblers are more of a bread pudding with fruit, not your southerner made crisp, buttery cobblers. We were so highly disappointed after reading the reviews. It did not make it on the “go back” list.

First visit to the Colorado Smokehouse and I wasn’t disappointed. Chose 3 meats and 2 sides option. Meats: chopped brisket, burnt ends, and hot links. Some of the best brisket I’ve eaten, tender, smoky, juicy, and great bark. Sides: smoked beans and macaroni and cheese. Sides were homemade and delicious. Great flavors. Sweet bbq sauce was fine too. I’ll be back for more brisket in the near future. Friendly and polite staff.

We usually love going here but this time was lack there of. We ordered the three meats platter which they were out of burned ends so we got two chickens for our two meats and brisket with four cornbread’s. We took our ordered checked in the car, they gave us one cornbread. I also asked if this was three meats as last time the three meats had much more. The guy said yes which was very different from our past four experiences here. This was $40.00. We will not be coming back as this was no where the same amount of the three meat platter as numerous times before.

Stupid good BBQ. Drive thru and it is fresh. The cornbread and honey butter was fresh made that day. The owner is the sweetest and super warm and inviting. We will be back again soon and many more times. Family friendly and animal lovers.

Went there today. Ordered the burnt ends sandwich(enjoyed quite a bit), baked beans(not bad, reminded me of store bought/bush’s a little), cornbread w/honey butter for wife as she loves honey butter and cornbread( they used margarine instead of real butter, which she didn’t like), and…….blackberry Cobbler. First one had mold on it, went back and they gave me another “fresh one”. Opened the second one as soon as I pulled away and……found a piece of hair sticking out of it!

The burnt ends sandwich was great, as well as the southwest sauce that came with it. Mold on food though, AND hair….prrrooobbabbly won’t be back.

Very good BBQ, portion sizes are worth the price. I would say it’s about average priced for BBQ. they have a drive-thur. can’t really call it a dinning room. Very small seats about 5-6 people on a nice day the have outside seating. The front door is around the back.
