The food is good… if you get what you ordered. Two days in a row now, they’ve messed up our orders. Yesterday I ordered a smear that I didn’t get and asked that they slice our bagels and they didn’t. That, we paid extra for two egg whites on one of the sandwiches and they only gave us one.

The employees were so nice to us and the bagels were delicious. But the manager was being abusive to their employees on Saturday morning when we were there. It was really uncomfortable to eat breakfast opposite their objectively cruel treatment of people who were just trying to do their jobs.

*update – their quick response to my review means they care. I don’t need to reach out to their team. I don’t need compensation in any form. Just trying to be a helpful customer. I looked for a comment option in the store. Had there been an obvious qr code, I would have sent my observations that way. I’ve been a private shopper for companies and had I been on that errand today, I would have the same report. Bottom line, I can see that there were plenty of staff, yet they seemed very unhappy. They serve the best bagels on the planet. And the gal made a terrific drink and I told her so. They deserve to have a little more fun at work. This is usually a top down issue. Okay, Management, lift your crew.
The staff was all very depressed. No happy energy. It was sad. I waited a while just to be acknowledged. I’m sure they had a lot of call in orders. It’s my opinion that those IN THE STORE take priority. Obviously, they were not trained this way. It was 8am – very busy time. The chai latte was made perfectly. I made sure to compliment the worker and she lit up like she had her first drink on a long hot day. The bagel was good, obviously. The entire atmosphere including fixings felt tired.

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Bountiful always delivers fresh, delicious food and consistently friendly service. The store is clean, efficient, and welcoming every time I visit. And Jeni, the store manager, deserves special praise—she remembers regular customers by name, and genuinely makes the place feel like a neighborhood spot.

Came in this morning and had great experience at this Einstein Bros. Bagels! The staff and the manager, Jenni Lynn, were friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. All the varieties and selections were fresh, fully stocked, and ready to go.
We really enjoy using this Einstein’s, and today’s visit was another reminder of why. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this location for years. Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted and the staff is always so friendly. Placed big orders there and it’s always been done accurately and on time. And the food is delicious!

We have been to this location FOUR times recently. EVERY SINGLE TIME they have been out of at least one type of bagel we’ve ordered on their app for pickup if not multiple types as we usually order a bakers dozen + cream cheese. This location seems to have poor upper management with children running the front of their store. Customers should not pay the price for the lack of good leadership at this location. I think it’s abhorrent that they’ve never attempted to make it right beyond asking (rudely) “can we replace it with another type?” No offers of a refund. Nothing. Do better.
