First time tried Hangry Joe’s and I loved it! The loaded mac and cheese was really flavorful. The portion is big enough for two people to share. Definitely coming back to try more! It did feel a bit expensive, but the taste totally made it worth it.

It was one of the BEST fried chickens I’ve ever had in my life. Plus, if you like spicy food, this place is the place.
They give you a lot of food here as well

I usually love this place and all i wanted was some good food. My corn dog with cheese was so raw and cold like it was dipped in the fryer for 10 seconds and then taken out. I didn’t notice until i had eaten some of it until i just got straight doe in one bite and i feel sick! My wife’s sandwich was wrong and my food tasted mushy instead of crispy chicken.

In the crowded fast food chicken arena there are quite a few competitors. It might seem hard to stand out from the others. I know I catch myself hitting Chick-fil-A probably more than I really need to if I’m craving some chicken strips or a chicken sandwich.
Hangry Joe’s is a nice departure with a unique couple of twists to their menu. First, all the food is made to order, which adds a level of freshness and taste you don’t get at most other chicken places. 2nd, the chicken is really good, quality breast meat with a distinctive spice level that can be ordered to suit your taste preference. 3rd, the fries are really good, better than C-F-A if that’s a base line standard. The slaw and pickles are legit good if you like those items on your sandwich or as a side.
Did I mention, they’ve got waffles and little funnel stick fries if you want some sweet to go with your heat?
About the only thing I can say that Chick-fil-A has them beat on is the napkins at Chick-fil-A are much nicer. And I guess the drinks and shakes might be the only menu items that are better at Chick-fil-A.
I definitely recommend Hangry Joe’s for that chicken fix. Dine in or bring it home, don’t try to eat in your car. It’s messy. Better napkins would help. LOL
Also I should mention the employees are very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

This is a small place in a somewhat remote location, however. The food was actually excellent and is served piping hot. We dined in. The 5 star review is also because of the customer service. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. My wife is gluten free and honestly there is nothing really on the menu gluten free, however, the owner was nice enough to offer the loaded fries with a batch of chicken that was basically just grilled with the medium dusting seasoning. He made a small sample for her to try before she ordered it. That was something that was very nice and didn’t have to do. She really enjoyed it and so did I along with my daughter. Will definitely go back to this place.

Always like to try new things and this popped up when searching for food. Had the chicken tenders, which are cooked fresh for you. Not knowing how their spices were, I tried the medium flavor. Wasn’t hot at all and had a good taste. Food was cooked fresh and served hot. Was a little different ordering from a kiosk but k would say this will happen more often.

The staff and service at this place are wonderful, but the chicken is just not good. It was over seasoned which I usually don’t mind but the extra seasoning was just added after frying so it was caked on top. The meat was rubbery and the breading on the chicken tenders was soft. Wonderful, but wouldn’t recommend.

Let me start by saying Josiah was so welcoming and patient with my dad taking in the list of food I wanted him to order and it was on point not an item missed . It’s so cozy inside and cute outside (chicken looks like that little chicken hawk lol) with awesome spacing for parking. Now the food!!!!! Everything was cooked to perfection the Korean nuggets (spicy of course) were mind blowing as well as the loaded fries omg we gorged ♀️. We also had the fries, garlic and cheddar cheese, both A ++!! Now I had to finish with a shake and boy did they deliver it was so smoothly blended together (Oreo cookies n cream) I thought I was a Oreo smoothie I love it!!! We will be back, never change!!!!!

I ordered 2 Hangry Joes Chicken & Waffles. My friend ordered ‘no heat’ chicken. I ordered mild chicken. And I’m warning you, if you don’t want flaming hot chicken, then, order ‘no heat’. My mild chicken tenders had me sweating perfusely. But all in all, excellent food. Very tasty, very filling, very happy with what I ordered.

I should’ve took a picture but was to hungry @the time.. that being said… For what seemed to be a hefty price tag, it wasn’t just filling, it tasted great! Warning. I got mild but the have all the way up to 1.5 million scoville (ghost pepper). The waffle fries and the Joe’s sauce, is a must. Oh, and if you get a fountain drink it was actually GOOD, not too much syrup or not enough . It tasted like what the label says it is ..
