Not a bad little spot.
A short walk from the hotel!
Service was spectacular from Krista and the beers were flowing ice cold and the food came out hot.
I ordered poutine fries and a burger came out in poutine fashion. Mistakenly it got put in as the burger vs the fries. Not to worry Krista fixed it! The poutine fries came out piping hot and yummy.
The atmosphere was awesome and we had a great time.

Had a cool out door patio where you could have a cigar. They only had one server so service was very slow. We only had a beer and did not try any food. I’d go back to try it again for sure. They do have some slot machines inside if you wanna try your luck.

I travel for work and have had bar food all over the country and can simple say Shotgun Sally’s ranks as one of the top places in the country for bar food. So many bar and grills from corporate to mom and pop have the same menu in reality…not this place. The food is made fresh. Service is phenomenal too.

This was not my first visit to Shotgun Sally’s and yet again I am highly disappointed in the service provided. On this occasion, we were a larger group and instantly the staff were not friendly. This surprised us because if you don’t like larger groups then why do you have the large circle booths to accommodate larger groups? To make a long story short the waitress was awful, was rude, and made sure we knew she was not happy to be serving us. Then as we were getting our bills the waitress informs us that she added a 20% gratuity because we were a large party. First, I don’t mind tipping and I usually tip very well as long as I receive good service. But to suck at your job and make us feel horrible for even being there and then at the end tell us we have to tip her what she feels she deserves, is ridiculous. The food was good but the service has been awful every time I have been there. For this reason I will not be back. It is too bad this place can’t seem to get good staff because the concept and the food are good but the customer service needs a lot of work.

The food is decent, happy hour prices are solid, and the setup is pretty great. However, they seem to struggle to attract quality employees. A simple drink order took over a half hour to fill, one employee was very condescending when we asked if they had bingo anymore, orders were messed up a few times, and service was generally slow considering we were a group of five when there were maybe 30 people total at the restaurant with at least four wait staff and two bartenders. I was not impressed.

I love this place! Great food, cool atmosphere, and I love the live music. As summer is coming up I will definitely be in at least once a week. This is the best patio in town, if you have never experienced it then it’s time to get out from that rock you have been living under and experience life to it’s fullest. The patio always has a hot fire and cold beers! #summeratsallys

Fun atmosphere and music was enjoyable. However, we waited over an hour for a basic burger and it was not busy. The waitress was apologetic, and said she might try to Get us a discount, but when the bill came, there was no mention of it.Probably would not return for this reason.
