Let me start with my meal was over $100 plus tip. Was it worth it? For me if im going to spend $100 on a meal (main dish and a salad plus 1 drink) I want to get my money’s worth and I just dont feel like I did. I have had bigger and better steaks for less money. With that said the steak was cooked exactly the way I like it and it was seasoned perfectly. If my wife was with me it would have been a bill closer to $250 and for us we know other places we like more and for a fraction of the price.

Made reservations for a wedding anniversary. They had the table ready with Rose petals across the table.
We started the meal off with Spicy Duck Flautas (not pictured) each end was coated with the ancho chili crema which was delightful. The pumpkin seed salsa was good, although I would have liked a little more heat. The two main dishes we got were Fresh Bay of Fundy Salmon Fillet, and the Windy Meadows Farm Chicken Breast. The chicken came with a cauliflower risotto which was perfectly done. The roasted tomato vinaigrette was a perfect sauce for the chicken. The grilled vegetables were still pretty crunchy, but I’d rather have it that way than overdone. The salmon was served on a bed of buttermilk chive whipped potatoes which were delicious and came with some grilled asparagus.
Due to the restaurant knowing we were there for a wedding anniversary, they served us a dessert which we chose the three citrus pie. It was served with a fresh berry puree and a few berries. If I wasn’t so full I would order it again.
Sevy came by the table in chatted us up a bit and then congratulate us on the many years of marriage that we’ve had. The staff we’re very attentive and delightful to talk to. We wil definitely have this place on our list to come back to, and have no reservations to recommending it to others.

I went for a romantic date and the place was a bit too loud, and once our food was served service disappeared. We were waiting for our check for about 20 minutes. They sat us by the wine doors and we kept being interrupted by servers getting wine and having to squeeze by us. It was a bit disappointing, but their food was excellent.

Last night was date night for my wife and I. We received a warm greeting. The atmosphere was cozy. The music was charming. Our waitress was nice and service throughout the evening was attentive. The food arrived fast and hot. My wife had the smoked chicken breast penne pasta and I had the fresh bay fundy Salman. Both dishes were delicious. We sat by a window next to the patio dining–it was a perfect location. We watched the place fill up quickly. Buzz came by the table to greet us and chat it up a little. Overall, this is a cool charming spot,ranging from family night to date night. We highly recommend.

This place is a “hidden gem.” The food is excellent. Service is friendly, welcoming and quick. The menu options are fantastic and the prices are reasonable. Portion sizes are generous. Food is so flavorful and I savored every bite. Menu creations are eclectic yet familiar. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. One of the best restaurant meals I have ever had. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We were really excited to try a new spot given this was the only restaurant open for a reservation before 8pm on Valentine’s Day. But our first time here was disappointing for the price we paid. I did not feel like we got our moneys worth. I understand it’s a busy night given it’s Valentine’s Day. The environment in the restaurant was intimate and sophisticated. The low lights and overall feel of the restaurant was nice but tables were too close together we could all hear each others conversations there was def no privacy there. We also noticed couples who came in after us received their food before us and we waited about an hour for ours. When we finally got our food, every plate but the Salmon plate was bland and dinner we could’ve cooked at home but we wanted to experience a night out together without having to cook. We waited again for another 35-45 mins for our dessert to come out but since they took so long we got tired of waiting and told our waiter to just pack it to go. We were over it. Our waiter was young, I could tell he didn’t have much experience because he forgot a lot of our requests and maybe that’s why our food took so long to come out but he was polite. Food and Service which are key points to a good restaurant definitely lacked so I wouldn’t recommend.

I was warmly greeted by all the staff and had dinner at the bar with my date. The atmosphere was perfect, and my filet was well prepared, simply delicious! I highly recommend this successful and beautiful restaurant. It has an amazing history in Dallas. Thank you for making memories!

We went here yesterday, just late on doing a review. We went for dine in lunch for 6 people to celebrate 2 birthdays. We had made reservations ahead of time so they had a table ready when we arrived. They threw rose petals in the center of the table since we were celebrating birthdays. I ordered the lunch pasta special with beef tenderloin. The waiter kept our glasses full, never getting below half. The food arrived pretty quick, and everyone’s lunch came out at the same time. The pasta special was very good, liked the bow tie pasta and the sauce flavor, would definitely eat here again. Everyone loved their meal, no complaints at all. The atmosphere was great, definitely see this place as a date go to location. Had a great experience for lunch.
