I want to recognize Syshelle and Tomio for their outstanding customer service at the Burger King drive-thru. They were extremely polite, welcoming, and both had smiles on their faces. They took the time to make sure we were satisfied with our order before we left. This kind of service makes a big difference and deserves recognition.

Huge shoutout to the young man with dark brown hair and glasses working at the Joe B. Jackson Burger King tonight working the window. It’s Christmas Day & they were incredibly busy. despite the long wait he stayed calm, respectful, and kind to everyone. Outstanding character and customer service. Praying God blesses him abundantly!

During my travels today, I stopped at this Burger King and a young African-American man named Antonio was working the register and I just want to say he was the most friendly, courteous, professional young man, and it was a breath of fresh air to see someone caring about their job and being so friendly with the customers. Great job Antonio, keep up that work ethic and attitude, and you will go far in life. Also, the food quality was great.

I’ve tried to go to this place multiple times every time they make you wait at the drive through speaker and tell you to hold on and then you have to wait for your food forever and then when you do get your food it’s the wrong order or cold! Very poor Service can’t believe this place is stayed open this long!!!!

We stopped at this BK on the way home from work and the guy at the drive thru was super cool SO patient as we changed our order at least twice. Anyway, the ABSOLUTE best fish sandwich I’ve EVER had at BK, no joke! The breading was crispy which was a first for me, and I’ve eaten lots of fish sandwiches from BK. Onion rings so good we joked about going back to get more!

The food was great. They came up quick with it. Restaurant was super clean. Bathrooms were clean, though getting out of the bathroom without a towel was a little weird the soap dispenser was way too low.

Not sure how this locationscremains open. Its close to my house and easily accessible but frequently it’s improperly staffed. I keep trying this location in hopes of better service because I kinda enjoy the burgers but the last 4 visits have resulted in my simply driving off without placing my order – 10 minute wait to place an order as the drive-thru is completely unacceptable. If this is a franchise then sell it. Regardless corporate BK needs to look at this location in earnest because the service is horrendous.

Slowest fast food service every time I come here. I watch car after car after car drive away every time I come to this Burger King. The amount of money they loose because of this is insane to me.

This place just keeps getting worse . Ordered online . Thinking it would be better because the drive thru is just horrible no matter when you go . Well big mistake. Husband ordered the new brisket whopper . Had barely anything on it . Had to drive back to the restaurant walk in , people just standing there said they been waiting 15 mins . No one was acknowledging anyone . 5 people walked out , Very sad , depressing atmosphere. Finally spoke to a manager. She attempted to make the burger and it was still the same . Don’t waste your $ here go to church st or St. Andrew’s .
