Unfortunately, this place will never get return service from me. My partner went in here to get some shrimp pho for me since I have been sick. When he got home the broth smelled great but I thought the shrimp looked off. I decided to try it anyway and the texture was, uh, interesting. When I broke one open I realized, OH, they’re not cooked all the way through! The shrimp were RAW on the inside. I’m a bit horrified, I already ate a few of them and have been recovering from illness. This is unacceptable and really dangerous. Half-cooked seafood? The entire order took a long time to prepare. My partner’s food was good, but wrong, it was beef when it should have been pork. Looks like back to Pho Saigon we go.

The food is absolutely delicious. The gentleman at the front absolutely butchered my order. I asked for chilli oil 3 times and it’s missing. He charged me for shrimp egg rolls and pork egg rolls (since no shrimp was available); was able to remove the pork egg rolls but was having “trouble” removing the shrimp. He gave me back $3, the egg rolls are $6.95 lol. Food is yummy, but maybe get a younger person up front to handle the pickup orders.

Delightful place to pop in for lunch. Had the 72, 41 and ice drip coffee. My third time here. All of the food is amazing and very fresh. Service is a bit left to the imagination but still worth it. Note it was about $40 per person with tip.

The customer service here is terrible. The quality of Pho was very basic. The chicken, over-cooked. The price for chicken pho was $17-$18 after tax. The lemonade $8 but it looks like powder lemonade. The waiters act like they hate working. No personality at all. Not to mention they added 18% gratuity for awful service for just 2 adults and a 6 year old. I’ll never come back. In fact, neither with my friend even though she recommended it. No lunch menu options. No kids options. No friendly service AT all. The seafood egg rolls were ok. Better than the pho. You get two tiny eggrolls for $8. There’s better options in the area. It cost of $114 to have a terrible experience.

Their food is definitely not #1 as their restaurant name. Pho was okay, 4/10 or honestly below 4. Broth has lots of MSG or whatever in there, make me and all my family feel really dizzy and nauseous after, which is never happen before, because we have pho many times from multiple different places. I’m not talking about the food authenticity, but the taste itself is not good and not recommended. Prices are decent. Employees seem like they’re always on their phones. Tried to ask for napkins, limes or anything, have to keep raising hands, waving and kind of scream out loud so they can hear you, because they don’t really check on you. Restaurant is a little bit dirty, makes us feel uncomfortable when dining. Overall, not a great experience.

This used to be my favorite Pho spot. I would come here about 3x a week. Every since the lady who appeard to be Hispanic left everything went downhill. The guy that replaced her behind the register appears to be the owner. He’s changing the dynamic of the restaurant. They removed napkins from the table…you now have to ask your server for napkins and they’ll bring you about 2 napkins. The pho used to have a nice serving of meat and recently i literally been getting only 3 pieces of meat. The place is always active and the prices are kinda high so I don’t know why if hes management is acting so cheap. I will now be finding another location

The ORIGINAL servers are great , the new servers take forever to bring you a simple fork. One even foceably packaged my leftovers and dropped some food on the table and proceeded to put it in my container….

Use to really love this place and have been going for years. But I probably will not come back now because I noticed the prices go up everytime I visit.. literally a small pho with a drink is 30 dollars. They skimp you on the noodles now, don’t give you veggies unless you add which is $3 extra. And it’s a bit of meet and a bunch of broth. I damn near can eat it in two gulps. It’s not worth it as far as quality as it was before. I’m a huge pho girl so I have tried multiple business and this one is most expensive and gives you less than somewhere where I can get a drink and a small pho bowl for $23.

Update: literally went to Pho 5UP in Odenton . Food wasn’t only better, it had better portions as well. I was able to get a large pho, 2 summer rolls and when you dine in you get a free drink of choice. I got a Thai tea with boba. It cost me $20.03. Pho #1 robs you. It’s settled won’t be coming back.

Update 2/10/2024 I came back here over half a year later and order their bun bo hue again. It seems like they really improved it and their ingredients seem way more fresh! I really like their chilli oil.

I brought a little bit of my own shrimp paste from home to eat their sliced jalapenos and to add to the bun bo hue soup There is just something about that salty (shrimp paste) and spicy (jalapeno) bite that is great bon bu hue.

Their menu is huge! I took some photos of the menu, but not all of them. Something interesting about this place is that they offer alcohol also, such as liquor not just beer. I didn’t order any so I can’t comment on that.

The servers were also extremely attentive and refilled our water probably 4-5 times! There is plenty of free parking outside.

I think I have been here before to have pho, but I guess I never wrote a review! I came here again last weekend and I ordered my usual: bun bo hue! It has all the authentic ingredients that you’d expect from a bun bo hue, such as pig knuckles and blood jelly!

It seems like they do not boil their bun bo hue soup with the pig knuckles, because the knuckles were very pale looking and did not have any flavor. I thought their bun bo hue was overall okay, but the soup was quite sweet to me.

Good customer service, but I probably won’t come here again unless no other pho places are open.

First id like to say the food was pretty good. The staff was having a meeting in the back or something because it was extremely loud laughing and talking/ yelling that was unpleasant. When I asked for my check I noticed my waiter decided to add an 18% tip without my consent. When i addressed the issue he completely lost his temper and told me im not welcome anymore and will not get his service. I only tip in cash #1. I do not appreciate a server determining how much im going to tip#2. Instead of trying to understand my concern to jump to conclusion and yell at me is extremely unprofessional#3 This was my daughter’s 11th birthday dinner choiced restaurant!!#4. Not to mention I had to ask for refills and my table was not given much attention without me going out of my way to ask the server and it was only 2 other small tables not a busy night at all. The server was just standing their.

Today Tuesday 3/5/25 at 4:30pm. I’m very disappointed that they sell broth that doesn’t taste like pho. The broth tastes like water; it’s only colored. I added all the green onions and onions to make it taste like something, but it tastes absolutely nothing like pho.
