Person taking my order wouldn’t answer of my questions and rushed me along. When I got to the window they practically threw the bag at me and sarcastically told me to have a great night. I drove off to realize they didn’t give me a straw. I get home and my chicken sandwich has nothing on it, just chicken and bun, my nuggets were not tossed in sauce like I asked. They didn’t even give me a dipping sauce at all. Will never be going back to this location.

Seriously? I’m not sure if this is normal for this location but this was my chicken wrap that I paid $13 for. You get more filling in a taco bell taco! Add that to the fact the chicken pieces that were in there had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp as they were dried out and unapatizing. Took 2 bites and threw it out. Unacceptable and disappointing.
The only reason you got 2 stars instead of one was because of how kind and courteous the people at the window were, 5 ⭐️ service for 1⭐️ food.

I have been here multiple times around 10:45 ish, the hours always say it’s open until 11:00 in the drive through. I placed a mobile order even, ahead of the closing time as to not be an inconvenience to the workers. Yet every time, they fail to even answer the machine when I pull up to state my order. If you don’t wanna take orders this late, just change your hours so I don’t waste time, money, and gas. False advertising to the max, do not order from this location. Not a single good experience here. Disappointing.

Went through drive-thru and they asked us to pull forward and wait so they could “bring it to us fresh.” Food was cold and terrible. Asked for extra lettuce, tomato, and pickles but only received 4 pieces of shredded lettuce, 1 tomato, and 2 slices of pickle. We did get A LOT of onion. Unfortunately, we had to heat the fries and burgers up at home.

The people working here have “I hate my job” written all over their faces. So they dont care whatsoever. Had to repeat myself twice for the person ordering me to make sure my simple #1 combo was heard. Then he tells me its considerably less than what a normal combo should be. I tried to correct it at the window and she charges me for the corrected meal, gives me the wrong drink, then I get in the parking lot and my food is entirely wrong. Like come on, seriously? If I hate your jobs, just quit. We’re serving wendys, not designing rockets people. Absolutely appalling.

Came here for the spongebob promotion and left a little disappointed. The advertising was misleading, it was just a wendys burger with thousand island sauce.
The food wasn’t bad, we do like wendys burgers and fries. The pineapple frosty was good! They just added pineapple sauce to the vanilla frosty. They should do that with more flavors more often! The meat was cooked perfectly and fries super crisp!
The place seemed to be overwhelmed with how busy they were and didn’t plan accordingly but the service was still amazing! Even though they were busy they were so kind. There were 5 of us each wanting something diffrent to our meal. They didn’t make a single mistake!
Overall the food tasted great! We just wanted more out if this collaboration and we can’t fault this location for that. I’d recommend coming here!

Sara, who was taking orders at the window was great friendly face doublecheck my order what I wanted. However, her teammates not so good ask for no mustard and pickle no pickles you could see where they took the pickle off Still slap the mustard on and handed it to Sara to hand out the window. Shame on them. I don’t like mustard.

Tried the new bacon pub burger. Frankly, it was disappointing. The burger-to-bun ratio was off. Small portion of bacon and cheese sauce was light and low on flavor. Maybe they’re just trying it out but it needs to be a premium burger, a little bit bigger.

This Wendy’s had consistently given me sandwiches that are old. Today I got the asiago ranch chicken. The chicken was so tough, and the color was actually gray. The lettuce had gone bad. The fries are good, and the frosties, but the sandwiches are so so bad. Like they reheat them in the microwave after they’ve been left all day long under the lamp. So so so gross. I keep giving them second chances but I can’t anymore. It’s super disgusting.
