If “Meh” were a crime scene, this plate would be the evidence.

Let’s play a game called “What Did Ken’s Deli Actually Sell Me?” Was it:
A) Sausage Pasta
B) A cry for help disguised as food
C) The culinary equivalent of a beige, flavorless sigh
D) All of the above

If you guessed D, congratulations. You’ve just spared yourself the deep disappointment I felt.

The “Dish”: I ordered Sausage Pasta. What I got was a lesson in culinary neglect. Imagine this: a single, whole, uncut sausage lounging on a pile of the saddest, most flavorless noodles, wearing a thin, tragic layer of tomato flavored water they called “sauce.”

The Sausage: Not sliced. Not crumbled. Just the whole thing. It was like they opened a package, sighed heavily, and thought, “Good enough.” It was a meat based metaphor for giving up. I needed a steak knife and a will to live to handle it.

The Pasta: It tasted like it was boiled in the tears of someone who just ate there. Zero salt. Zero seasoning. Zero point. The noodles were merely sponges for the lack of sauce.

The “Sauce”: I think a tomato once blushed near a pot of water, and they bottled that memory. No garlic, no herbs, no simmered love. Just a vague, reddish liquid that failed to connect the two lost components on the plate.

Flavor Profile: The main note was “apathy,” with hints of “regret” and “why did I do this?” It wasn’t just bland; it was aggressively bland, as if flavor was an extra cost they forgot to include.

I’m convinced the cook pointed at three separate items in the fridge and said, “Yep. That’s a meal. Ship it.” My dog sniffed once and looked at me with more pity than confusion.

Final Verdict: Unless you are researching how to kill joy, stay away from this “pasta.” Your taste buds will thank you. Ken’s Deli didn’t just miss the target they looked at it, shrugged, and served me the wooden plank it was painted on. An absolute flavor vacuum. A tragedy in a to go box.

Only 2 stars because the fountain Diet Coke was really refreshing and cold. My husband grew up in NY and KNOWS NY style pizza. We decided to try their version of a “NY brick oven” pizza. Pizza was meh but not horrible. But definitely not a true NY pizza. How are you going to call it a brick oven pizza when you cooked it in a pan? Notice the pan markings underneath in my photo. Also side note, we ordered onion rings which were really greasy. They were unevenly cooked which means they were from an older batch.

First time in over a decade since I was last here, I got a steak bomb sandwich on a sub roll. It was good. For the price it came to it was pretty filling. Will have to try more on the menu next time I visit. Thank you.

I have traveled all over the world in search of the finest meatball. Little did i know my search would lead me to the sleepy town of Bedford, MA. Here, i found the best meatball at Ken’s pub. Not only did i leave here full, but satisfied and with a new appreciation of what it means to live. My search is now complete. Sometimes the best friends are the meatballs you eat along the way.

I love Ken’s. I go here all the time and the food is always good. The people are very friendly too.

Here’s a list of things I like to get:
Cheeseburger Club – always awesome, huge portion and comes with very good fries
Chicken Kabob Wrap – my favorite sandwich for when I want to eat something not too heavy but delicious
Buffalo Chicken Fingers – seriously good even without Buffalo sauce, but even better with it
Tuna Melt – my go to place when I’m in the mood for one
Plymouth Rock – If Thanksgiving were a sandwich, love it
Reuben – a classic done well

I’ve eaten all of those at least ten times, so I can say I’m an expert on Ken’s and it is great!

Cool and clean place with friendly staff! Food is amazing, good portion and delicious. I ordered Chicken Broccoli Pasta, it came with soup! Soup was awesome! I ordered sweet potato fries as a side as well, it was ok, somehow crispier than what I like!

Never had a bad meal here, everything tastes really really fresh, and customer service is fantastic. My order took a bit longer than they expected once and they gave me a free cookie! Really nice folks here, I’ll sure to be back many times.

I got this chicken cutlet and all I got is bread and 2 places of chicken for 11$… this is sad as I had more bread then I ever had on a sub. Service is good but this is a pitiful sandwich and I hardly ever complain. 11$ for some bread … Peppers Grille blows this place out of the park!!!

Slightly pricey for pizza, but overall good food and atmosphere, kind staff, and reasonable wait times. The quality and experience is well worth it.
