This is obviously a very old Hardee’s. It is ready for an update. The service was extremely slow. I should have known that the food was no good here as it was lunch time and there was one vehicle here. Order the $5 bag. I’m not sure how long that hot dog sat in water but it was disgusting and the burrito wrap wasn’t much better. I don’t think I’ll ever go here again. Don’t bother, don’t waste your money.

They were obviously short staffed. The dining room was untidy. The sweet tea was good. I liked the fries too. They were fresh, hot and lightly salted. The double cheeseburger was no good. The burger patties were dry and tasteless and the bun was chewy. The chicken wrap was okay for the first bite but by the time I was ready to take a second bite, it had become tough. Two of the four items I ordered were fairly good. The other two were practically inedible. Would not recommend and will not return.

Came here for lunch to get a double famous star low carb. I was literally the only car in line at first. They asked me to pull in the front and I waited for almost 20 minutes. Cars were backing up, there is a car beside me also waiting at the front right now. I finally said something and it turns out they totally forgot about me nor did they know what my order was. The people were nice and friendly overall but this service is pretty horrible.

Update: Had to update my review to one star since I got back to my office, and they only gave me a single. 12 bucks for a diet dr pepper and a single hamburger patty with some lettuce. I recommend going somewhere else.

I used to go here on a regular. The breakfast is a No No. The biscuit and gravy combo is a joke! They say it’s sausage in the gravy, but I can’t tell. This was my last visit with this restaurant. The receipt shows the outrageous prices with the small amount that you receive. Since new management, this place is the worse. From the watered down tea, to the cold coffee. Service here is the worse. The people that work at Hardee’s are NOT very appreciative of our business. So I stop utilizing this restaurant. Not worth the money.

Service was slow — but I will give five stars for hot fries and a super fresh chicken sandwich! The young lady who helped me was pleasant, and the food was really good. I pulled in on a whim — the area I live in doesn’t have Hardee’s — and I haven’t had Hardee’s in years and was hoping they still had the southwestern turkey burger. They don’t, so I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was really, really good. I would say better than the other chicken sandwich place across the parking lot!

Normally we get very good food from Hardee’s but this time not so much. My burger was made incorrectly which they did fix and we were given old cold fries which they did make us a fresh order of some customer service was good but quality of food was not. The burger patties on my Frisco BLT you can tell we’re very old and not pressure juicy. I think this is definitely unacceptable for a $9 Burger

We never pick up Hardee’s. I heard that their chicken tenders were decent, so we decided to give it a try. We paid, then had to pull forward to wait for our food. Ten minutes later, we headed home. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. The tenders were the texture of rubber and the breading was so hard that I almost broke a tooth. I think they cooked them during lunch and that they sat under the lamp for the day. We should have gone ahead and taken out a loan to eat at Raising Cains across the street where I know the quality would have been good.

First off, I saw your sign yesterday driving past the Hardee’s that you had new grilled cheese burger. So later that night I decided to try it and order online with among a few other items. I went through drive thru and went home which is about 10 minutes each way. Got home and sorted through my items. (I normally peak through my bag at drive thru make sure no items were missing but don’t unwrap everything cause that takes too long if there’s People behind me.) so anyway at my house everything looked correct except for 1 item. Which was the big item. The only one I wanted. The grilled cheese burger. Was no where to be found and by far the most expensive item May I add. What I got instead was the double cheese burger. (The smaller patty) huge price difference. I tried not to be too angry thinking it was a teenager that made it and just missed the (Grilled cheese” part on screen and just saw double) so I went all the way back to the store and went inside with what they gave me. And explained I ordered the new promo item grilled cheese double bacon. The cashier looked confused so I pointed at the board behind her if the new advertisement. The cook was not a teenager but a manager. The cashier told the manager 3 times the grilled cheese burger double. Manager kind of complained and said she already made it for me and I’ll have to wait for new burgers to cook. So waited and got it. I went in the corner to check it. And it was wrong a 2nd time! Instead of the little double burger it was the big version of it with the quarter pound beef. So went back to counter and showed them they were wrong but again. Cashier looked disgusted and looked at me like I was in wrong for bothering them. So again explained to manager what I ordered. Also, manager asked the cashier to hand back the burger they gave me. Keep in mind I took it in the corner and walked away with it. She said she was gonna reuse the patties! Anyway waited several minutes and got the order a 3rd time. I told cashier don’t go anywhere I’m gonna open this up in front of you make sure this is right. I told her I’m not trying to be difficult, all I want is what I ordered. So, finally it was right! Got no apology from the manager in the kitchen. No compensation or offer to discount my future meal. The cashier at least apologized for my inconvenience, but since they tried to fix my order and messed up a 2nd time I would think leadership would step up and at least talk to me. This is absolutely unacceptable and I expect better service!

I went through the drive through. The customer service was very good, but the food wasn’t. My burger looked thrown together, my fries were cold, but the drink was good. Whoever was making the food should take more pride in their work.
