While I’ve had good experiences here in the past, I arrived at 4:45 today to two teenage/young adult male
“patrons” shouting expletives and antagonizing staff. I had my young son with me, so we got out of there and called dispatch. As we were pulling out of the lot we could see it was escalating into an assault. As I drove down the road, I could see In my rear view, the young men throwing rocks at the windows and walking back, west, into the neighborhood. Needless to say we took our business to Domino’s. I felt bad for the young men working the counter. On our way back home, we passed again at 5:10 and the staff was sweeping/mopping by the windows. Hopefully they were seriously injured. They’re not paid enough to deal with that!

I paid and ordered stuffed crust pepperoni pretzel. I was given plain pepperoni. The manager at Leonard st. Hung the phone up on me after telling me it got rang up as a regular pizza. There is a price gap and the mgr lied to me. So why did I pay the stuffed crust pretzel price. lol this is management, wow! Dinner turned into annoyed night!

Look at my profile. I don’t give bad reviews unless they deserve it. Well I call my order in. Simply 2 orders of Italian cheese bread. When I got there I added a hot n ready that was not hot n ready. They had the cheese bread ready but not a single hot n ready. Ok I’ll wait the 10 min. Still not a big deal. I go back in 10 min later for it to not even be put through. She tells meshe is sorry but they got a new system. Well Little Caesars you have failed your employees and customers for not training your associates long enough. Now again I’m not the type of person to leave poor reviews but get it together guys. I left 1 start because once it was ready my cheese bread had been sitting for now almost a half an hour. And my pizza will be fresh… or so I’m hoping.

I waited 10 minutes for a very greasy pepperoni pizza the young lady rang me up took the money out it in the register and walked to the back and began making food she didn’t have on any gloves nor did she wash her hands

The worst pizza ever. Undercooked all together but the raw soggy crust put me over the edge. Breadsticks were old, dry, and hard. When I called this location about the pizza being undercooked and thrown in the box – they told me that’s how it’s supposed to be.
It’s cheap pizza – my expectations are not high by any means, but I do appreciate my pizza fully cooked.

They’re still making their crazy bread like this. I got 4 orders for a party and each one was a lump of dough! Absolutely ridiculous, I will be calling corporate because no other LC location gives you that abomination. Especially when they cost as much as they do. Pizza Hut is cheaper and better quality. This pizza chain is no longer cheap, and the quality doesn’t meet the price change.

I’ve never had half-assed, not even fully cut, crazy bread THIS bad. This doesn’t even look like a full order if you ask me Crew was very lazy and took their time, no sense of urgency whatsoever. My pizza didn’t even get put in the oven until after I showed up for the pick up time. Pizzas didn’t have much sauce at all, basically hard crust and cheese. One of the pizzas the crust was so thin there was a hole in it, not a bubble either- just empty space. I know it’s just little caesars, but I also know this is NOT the quality to be expected by corporate. If you still choose this location make sure you’re prepared to cut your own pizza, as they half-assed that too.
