Why the food was hot the chili didn’t appear to be cooked long enough. Atmosphere for a Wendy’s is a little different but cool some of the upholstery could use some attention.

Service was mid at best due to them taking as long as possible to get our food ready, also this is not a complaint but a building experience for thier management becuase I am a manager at a Chickfila, (so I can talk) they were extremely slow. Food was good once we got it.

Had to wait over 15 to get my food. Was never told until after I ordered that they had no fries or nuggets. They should not have been running at all this day. They also did not have a sign up or anything saying that the fryer was down.

Typical Wendy’s food.
I started in the restroom and clearly someone started to clean but failed to finish. I stepped back out to ask and employee. Though 3 were standing around gabbing behind the counter and 1 looked at me then looked away, I didn’t persue the topic. I did also question who installed the hand soap on the side they chose….
Their fancy soda machine was out of 90% of their sodas. Their dining is in need of some repair.

Simple order just a few breakfast biscuits. Cook was so high couldn’t even do a job that requires 0 skills. Manager starts yelling and being hateful with us date is 08/17/25 @9am. It is now 932 still no food!! Wasn’t even busy, but pathetic people can’t do anything right.

Very few Wendy’s that get a bad review from me. But my husband and I were there around 1 p.m. today. Nothing tasted fresh. The sandwiches, fries, and nuggets tasted like they had been sitting under a heater. Not freshly cooked. The parking lot had a few cars but not packed. Such a shame.

Thank goodness they were open because other near by restaurants were not accommodating. As we ordered we were told “we’re not getting tea until September.” uhm sorry…is this a seasonal item?!
