Food was good! I have to say Pat (the older gentleman) was extremely kind and hard working seeing as how he was the only one we saw when we walked in. He was manning the fryers and taking orders for drive thru and lobby all the while still being friendly. That man needs a raise!!

The food was good as usual. Sitting in line for 15 minutes is totally unacceptable. Nothing on their menu takes 15 minutes to cook or reheat. If a customer has an order that takes a little longer than normal, there’s no place for them to pull out of the way so they can take care of the next customer in line, which makes the situation worse.

Be prepared to WAIT. Took 15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 food items with 3 cars ahead and nobody in the lobby. Staff are friendly but really need more help or something because the wait times are ridiculous

Customer service is absolutely trash. I have never in my life seen employees openly talk trash about their customers in-front of them. This has happened 3 times and I have contacted management with still no change.
