I accidentally placed an order that was not vegetarian. It was completely my mistake. When I went to pick it up, I casually asked if the item was vegetarian, and she kindly let me know it was not. For a moment, I just stood there wondering what to do.
What happened next genuinely surprised me. She sensed my hesitation immediately and, without me even asking, offered to replace it with a vegetarian option. I was honestly in shock. I have never experienced such spontaneous kindness and customer care. That level of attentiveness and empathy is rare.
Thank you for being truly customer obsessed. The food was delicious, the ambience was outstanding, and the service was exceptional.
The only small suggestion I have is clearer labeling of vegetarian and non vegetarian items on the menu to help absent minded folks like me avoid confusion

Unfortunately, my experience this time was not good. The soup was extremely salty, and they did not have fresh lemon or even lemon juice available. The service was also very poor and disappointing. This was surprising to me because I usually have a great experience at the Redmond location and have always been satisfied before. I hope this was just a one-time issue and that the quality improves.

This place never fails to get you fresh, delicious food, every time. I love their baked goods as well. When you sign up on their website, you can actually earn points for money off or free delivery. Prices are fair for how fresh everything is.

Sorry, but I have to update my review.
I usually love my Sippy Cup Club, but my recent experience on Saturday, 8/30 around noon, was disappointing. The new manager on duty was not very friendly or helpful.
I explained that the Diet Coke tasted off and asked if it could be fixed. She said she had unscrewed and reattached the same CO₂, so it should be fine, but when I tried again, it still wasn’t right. Her response was simply that nothing could be done until the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, without proper CO₂, none of the sodas taste right, and lately, the consistency at this location has not been great. Additionally, the attitude from the manager was very disrespectful. She made it seem like we were being too much, and she just walked away after telling us that the entire store can’t do anything until after Tuesday.
Most of the staff here are amazing and go above and beyond, but this particular experience left me disappointed. I really hope it’s not because I came in with the refillable “all-you-can-drink” Sippy Cup.

I can’t say enough good things about this Panera location! One of the managers, Miss Terri, was so kind and helpful when I couldn’t order my regular drink, Diet Pepsi. Her kindness truly made my day. It reminded me that my sippy cup isn’t just about saving money—it’s also about supporting a great company that genuinely cares for its customers. I’m so happy with all the staff at this location with their professionalism, kindness, cleanness, quick service, and most importantly, the amazing customer care.

I got a membership for Slip Club, not only because they have great service but also a wonderful deal. Mr. Sebastian is always helping people, big, small, old and new in the store. They have the best kitchen staff and friendly managers to help you with anything you need.
Great curbside pickup, and wonderful consistent staff service every time I come in! Highly recommend this location to enjoy family outings, or simply a date with friends!

Visited on a Thursday morning and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. Lots of locals were enjoying breakfast or working on laptops, giving the place a lively, welcoming vibe. The only downside was the music as it was a bit too loud for conversation or focused work. Still, a solid spot for a quick bite or coffee break.

It’s one of the rare places where you can order a plane classic unsweetened old fashioned oatmeal. It’s a huge pros. Service and prices are good enough. Big parking great location, and still – pretty quiet and not crowded. Awesome combination for a slow peaceful morning. Personally I also love the option to make an order with one of the screens located inside the restaurant. Will definitely return for a breakfast in the future.
