This restaurant has been remodeled and I like the look. Service has been getting better here, and the food quality was satisfactory. It wasn’t busy when I came in after 12 pm, and the dining room was clean and had plenty of seats. Customer service was fast and friendly.

Unbelievable. Only drive thru open last night. Took chicken to elderly parents do they didn’t have to cook. At the window after getting the order my husband asked if she made sure the biscuits were there. She giggled and said no biscuits for at least 30 mins. Should’ve known then to check my order. Totally ridiculous what we got in our order- no biscuits no Cole slaw as we ordered reg and spicy and 6 legs for a 12-piece order! Will never return to this location. Chicken overcooked. Just sad.

Absolutely rude 18 year old girl at drive thru. I was at counter inside. She stood on her phone looked at me three times and left me standing there for a solid 10 minutes I finally yelled at her and asked her to get her manager and the manager came out and told me I’m sorry this is a babysitting job I can’t do my job cuz I have to babysit these brats I will never set foot in St Lucie West Taco Bell KFC ever again in my whole life the store is disgusting nobody speaks English in there except for the white girl who would not even acknowledge my existence because she was on the phone with her boyfriend and that was more important than doing her job and then got mad at me because I wanted her to do her job horrible place I don’t know why I went in there I don’t eat fast food on a regular I saw Taco Bell and decided I wanted to treat myself once in a while but guess what I will never spend another dollar in that store again and I suggest you don’t either

Went through the drive through..,placed a simple order for me and my family. Drove 20 minutes home to find out I got absolutely nothing of what I ordered… now I had to pack the kids back in the car and drive another 20 minutes to hopefully get the right food….

Shopped for their $10 bucket of wings, which comes with 4 biscuits. I did not know this, so I bought 2 orders of fries. Carb overload! The staff may be a bit overwhelmed because they didn’t seem very friendly, but they got the job done. The store is clean.

Paying $40 for a bucket of children’s chicken. The size of the chicken has drastically shrunk. Sloppy store sloppy service and food not worth half of the price. Go next door to Chick Fila you will get your money worth. So disappointed.
