Awesome food and quick service. Really quick and friendly, order at the counter then wait with a buzzer. A little pricey but the food is good.
I love their chicken sandwich but it does come out a bit dark and burned sometimes, whereas the burger is consistently delicious. Clean establishment with generally very good food.

Very good food. Could use an interior design update, so no 5 star. No table service at this restaurant. Never has been. Good place to bring kids, but bring some coins because you WILL get sucked into playing video games and those claw games.

Love Fuddruckers! It is a great place for the family. Burgers cannot be beat and it is a fun atmosphere for the kids. My kiddos love the chicken tenders, and of course the shakes. My husband always gets a burger and I like the spicy chicken sandwich. The best!

I really, really love the burgers here. Usually my wife and I will order a 1 lb burger and cut it in half to share, saves you a couple bucks over getting two 1/2 lb burgers. Menu is very limited especially for kids, pretty much just a burger joint. The toppings are do-it-yourself from a salad bar.
My only complaint is the tables feel extremely filthy.

I’d honestly rate this place a 3.5 out of 5, but since you can’t give half stars 4 out of 5 will do. Solid food albeit a little pricey. The one thing I will say is when I want a good old fashioned hamburger I always think of Fuddruckers, so there’s that. I prefer the one in North Andover to this one, as the facility is a little bit nicer and spaciest overall, but the quality of the food is the same, which is most important. If you’re in the mood for a hamburger, it will be hard to leave disappointed.
