I love their burrito . I had the standard burrito with extra chilli . I added extra Tobasco sauce on top, oh yeah, if it’s not spicy, it’s not food is what i say. . Huge serving, i struggled to finish it.

employees are the most distracted I’ve maybe ever seen in my life. Ordered tacos, it’s not busy, there’s no less than eight employees behind the counter and I asked for lettuce three times and never got it. unbelievable mental awareness.

On the chipotle team when it came down to the situation. Jose was calm , cool , and collected while the customer was raising his voice at him, threatening him with recording him, and lastly waiting for him like a stalker to record him. The customer went as far as to even stop an interview in process just to complain because he didn’t get his way. Very frustrating and discouraging it is to see these great employees have to deal with these situations. I definitely recommend this place and please be kind hearted as these employees really do their best and it’s not them making the rules they are just following them.

This is the slowest Chipotle on the Earth. Always one person only making the food and collecting money while 10 people in line wait. Brutal everytime I come in, it’s by my job so I’m trapped.

I used to “love” Chipotle food BUT not anymore. The food quality, particularly at this location, has declined significantly over the last year or so. I haven’t been coming to Chipotle for lunch in a long while. I went back here recently, a day or two ago, and the chicken and steaks were bland and tasteless. One other thing, the corns smelled like they were going bad. The chips were stale.
Overall, clean but not very clean, the trash bins were full and smelled when you passed by them. The prices are getting more expensive. I hope they’ll improve the food quality!

it was halloween and i got this burrito bowl. i also had free queso which i asked at the beginning of the line if i could redeem that aswell. the girl at the front was very very rude and told me i couldn’t redeem it and said its bc of the special. i would’ve not gotten the queso if i knew that lol. she was so rude about it tho and i would never return to this location again.

Ordered online from chiptole double meat, and I definitely did not receive double. Barely received any rice and beans. I called twice while on the line for minutes and nobody answered. They were not busy when I picked up. Horrible customer service location, do not come.
