Just visited this location. Noticed there were 8 people working (from what I could see), and that was nice to see. Respectful WORKING manager onsite, and the staff wasn’t just working they were working together. This goes to show other stores and restaurants that it can be done. I get others will have bad reviews, but when you read them, it’s a bad review for petty things. This was the quickest, and most pleasant DQ I’ve been to.

I saw an ad for the Flamethrower Basket on a Gas Station Commmercial while filling up. I went to the Dairy Queen across the street and ordered a Flamethrower basket. It rang up to 9 dollars and some change. I told the guy Jeff it says 7 dollar not 9. He re rang the order and the advertisement says 4 piece, toast, fries, ice cream for 7 dollars. I got 3 pieces of chicken and fries and a small drink. I dont suggest going atleast to this location because they dont honor their promotion and will try to give you less or charge you more. Pretty disappointing to receive service like that.

As you can see by the pictures this chili cheese dog was completely inedible!!!! The chili was literally BLACK!!! I took one bite to see if maybe it would be okay but something in my head said spit it out you could get food poisoning!!! Why is it black? This is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I ordered from Uber Eats. I took these pictures and tried to send them to Uber Eats to get my money back but it won’t allow me to and their platform just says thanks for the feedback. I am not looking to give feedback. I am looking for resolution by either refunding my money for the chili cheese dog (if that is what you want to call this) or at the very least replacing it with one that is actually fresh and not looking like something that came out of a lagoon in a sci-fi movie. So, in an attempt to at least get a fresh chili dog the next time I visit the store I called up there and spoke with someone named JUSTIN! I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said he is the manager. I explained the situation to him. He said he couldn’t refund it because I ordered through Uber Eats. Which is fine. I understand that. But I still paid for something I could not consume because LOOK AT THE PICTURES! He said they would make me a fresh one if I came up there TODAY ONLY. I asked if I could just come another day because I was heading to work (and also, I’m not in the mood to try giving your chili cheese dog another chance after this) and he said no. Apparently, they are not willing to earn my repeat business by making this right for a time that is convenient for me. I have to do it today or they are basically like too bad and we don’t care that we could have given you food poisoning by serving you this sludge on a bun! JUSTIN said they have a “Remake today only policy”! That is absurd! Not everyone is able to go back the same day for you to fix an issue YOU caused. This policy is not good for a store that is clearly suffering from lack of business and staff and you would think they would want to make this right. I don’t think I’m asking too much. I just want my chili cheese dog! THAT’S IT! I’m not asking for my money back or complaining about the whole order (the fries and blizzard were good….well the fries were cold but fries are always cold when being delivered, they can’t help that…just dip them in some bbq and ranch and you’re good). I just want my frickin chili cheese dog!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE! Their customer service sucks and the food….. Look at the pictures. Need I say more???? Now, I’m off to Yelp to share this with them too. Oh, and this is the store located at the corner of Bryan Road and Veterans Memorial Parkway in OFallon,MO.

I guess it’s different prices at different DQ’s,well I got my favorite and it was slightly melted,I know right, in this 30degree weather,so I figured it was because of the hot fudge, it wasn’t.. thats my only real complaint,I love the look of the store,I eat DQ sometimes twice a week for my peanut buster parfait and it’s better when the fudge is hot..love. the prices here

Ordered two M&M blizzards, each with extra M&Ms, to go. Get home and open them to find not just no extra M&Ms, but no M&Ms hardly at all. We basically got two cups of vanilla ice cream. I could count on one hand the number of spoonfuls that had a piece M&M in it in the entire thing. Not very happy at all. If you want plain vanilla ice cream with maybe 5 M&Ms in the entire thing for the price of blizzards with extra toppings , this is the place for you.

Whoever is working doesn’t know you are supposed to actually put ice cream in the blizzards. Got a large and mostly just the cookie stuff for the new cookie blizzard. There was like 2-3 inches of this compacted in the bottom.
