I was dining in at the Jimmy John’s in Pikeville, KY when I witnessed a manager aggressively asking another employee to go outside and fight, using profanity and making threats. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I reported it through the company website but never received a response, and the manager was still employed when I returned the following week. Very disappointing.

First off…Jimmy Johns plain potato chips suck. Literally the worst chips I’ve ever had. That being said…the sandwiches are fine. But thanks to the chips I’d choose Subway other Jimmy Johns and I’d choose Penn Station over both (Penn Station is SIGNIFICANTLY better than either). All in all…the subs are fine…the plain chips suck and it’s just an average sub shop. Unfortunately for this location there is a Penn Station 90 seconds away. I’d pick that 100% of the time but this is a decent substitute I guess if Penn is closed.

I just called and ordered the #9 for delivery. An Italian sub. It was good, but when I asked for salt and pepper, she said she would put some packets in the bag (no packets when delivered). I ordered onions lettuce, hot peppers, mayo, vinegar and oil on my sandwich. I couldn’t taste vinegar and oil AT ALL AND There were tomato’s on my sandwich (which I guess isn’t that big of a deal, sometimes I’ll order them on my subs depending on my mood) but overall a good sub, and was DEFINATELY fast delivery! If u are craving a cold sub,and u want it like… NOW… This was a good place to call! The veggies were not overwhelming, and it has plenty of meat and cheese! They didn’t over do the Mayo like some places do, and despite the tomatoes, lack of vinegar and oil, and no salt and pepper packets as promised it’s one of the very few places that deliver, and pretty much the ONLY place that isn’t PIZZA! Plus they will deliver orders with one sandwich! Which is a bonus to anyone living alone in a rural area like this! I will call again.

I really don’t like doing this but my first experience with them was bad never got any thing close to what i wanted.
Im a vegan and i asked if they had a sub for vegans i was told yes well when i got my order the bread was tough and like rubber and had very little on it and didn’t even have what i ask for the kicker is it had cheese on it vegans don’t eat dairy.
I could have went back but it’s not worth it I’ll just say lesson learned. The only good thing can say is that they are fast to fast in my opinion.
So subway here i come and sorry for thinking Jimmy John’s would be better

We eat here here once a week, sometimes more. My daughter has food allergies and the staff goes to all measures to safely prepare her food. Service is fast and always accurate. Best service in town!

We order from work all the time. Never had a problem until now. Food was left up front in our building, delivery person left. When I called they wanted to argue that they normally do that. Sorry but no,…we order from there quite a bit. We always get a call before they get here, as requested in our note for delivery, and they usually hand our food to us. Rude.

The owner is absolutely despicable. Constantly talks about how much money he has and or what he will do with his money. Had to wait in line so many times to just listen to him talk about about what he’s gonna do during golf or what cool new “amazing” thing he has. Freaky fast? More like freaky slow with how much he wants to impress people. Seriously.

I wasn’t real crazy about the food(I’m not a big sub guy). but it was made extremely professional! food was good but not great. but I swear. the restrooms made up for anything bad! lol, I sat there reading all the signs they had painted on the walls, it was soooo worth it! the tp also was awesome! very soft felt like some kind of expensive stuff. all in all id recommend it to anyone only if they go to the restrooms. I loved it!
