one word: HORRIBLE! Placed my order through drive thru , was asked to confirm my order , and got to pickup window . At pickup window, they confirmed my order again and charged me. Then I was asked to pull forward and wait for my order. 6 cars got their orders before someone gave me my order which was COMPLETELY wrong. I had to walk in and spoke to a group of 3 cashiers ( one seemed to be the supervisor, which did not acknowledge me. Went back to my car in waiting area of drive thru. Waited another 5 minutes and 3 cars more served. Went back in AGAIN and asked for my order . The cashier answered ” what is your order? I do not know your order.” I said I was asked 3 times what my order was. INCREDIBLE! Even after waiting another 3 minutes, they gave me my order with no apology what so ever. Furthermore, i opened the bag and both my sandwiches were COLD! another word : GARBAGE! Nice customer service and food, NOT!!!!

The staff here need way more support. Waited 15 minutes for the wrong order, came back in to exchange it, had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for them to…. Grow the potatoes for the fries? Mill the wheat for the buns? Idk. All I know is that I wasted 30 minutes of my life and $15 for a mediocre burger.

Worker did not understand and charged us for a meal and we just wanted the sandwich. The Worker at the window was not dressed neatly she was wearing dirty clothes, not nice at all, and just handed us our change and closed the window without a word. The sandwiches were great though.

I went by before work , they weren’t all that friendly and I paid for a big hot ham and cheese(sandwich only for $5) and this is what they gave me. No cheese and 3 very thin pieces of ham. If I could give no stars I would.
